摘要: 泛在電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)是國家電網(wǎng)公司落實(shí)“三型兩網(wǎng),、世界一流”戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的核心任務(wù),其中電力無線專網(wǎng)是其重要的無線接入網(wǎng)絡(luò),,1.8 GHz頻段電力無線專網(wǎng)具有帶寬高,、承載能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),,可滿足電力業(yè)務(wù)需求,,遠(yuǎn)程通信終端是泛在電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)邊端設(shè)備的必要通信傳輸裝置。針對用電信息采集業(yè)務(wù),,分別從終端整體架構(gòu),、硬件、軟件開展設(shè)計(jì),,研制了嵌入式遠(yuǎn)程通信終端,,并開展業(yè)務(wù)適配性和功能性掛網(wǎng)試點(diǎn)驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明該遠(yuǎn)程通信終端能夠承載用電信息采集業(yè)務(wù),。

Abstract: The construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things is the core task of the strategic target of state grid corporation. The power wireless private network is the important wireless access network. The 1.8 GHz power wireless private network has the characteristics of high bandwidth, strong carrying capacity, etc., which can meet the needs of power business. The telecommunication terminal is the necessary communication device of edge equipment in ubiquitous power Internet of things. According to the power consumption information collection, this paper designed the system architecture, hardware, and software, and developed the embedded telecommunication terminal. The pilot verification was conducted to test the business suitability and functionality. The results showed that the terminal can bearer the power consumption information collection business.

0 引言

    國家電網(wǎng)公司提出了全面推進(jìn)“三型兩網(wǎng)”建設(shè)、加快打造具有全球競爭力的世界一流能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略部署,,泛在電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)是落實(shí)“三型兩網(wǎng),、世界一流”戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的核心任務(wù),其中在網(wǎng)絡(luò)層重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)電力無線專網(wǎng)和終端通信建設(shè),,增強(qiáng)帶寬,,實(shí)現(xiàn)深度全覆蓋,滿足新興業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求[1],。電網(wǎng)建設(shè)LTE無線專網(wǎng)具有迫切的業(yè)務(wù)需求,、行業(yè)可行性以及完善的解決方案[2]。目前,,電力無線專網(wǎng)可分為230 MHz和1.8 GHz兩種類型,,230 MHz專網(wǎng)工作于電力授權(quán)頻點(diǎn),覆蓋范圍廣,,但國內(nèi)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)未對外開放,,兩套LTE-G 230和IoT-G 230標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未統(tǒng)一,廠家參與積極性不高,,以致設(shè)備廠商單一,。1.8 GHz專網(wǎng)頻譜資源充足,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成熟,,設(shè)備廠商較多,,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈較完整[3-4]。兩者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋能力和業(yè)務(wù)承載能力等方面存在一定的差異[5-6],,國家電網(wǎng)各省公司根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn)開展不同類型電力無線專網(wǎng)的建設(shè),,在配用電領(lǐng)域開展多種業(yè)務(wù)場景測試應(yīng)用[7-11],。

    本文基于ARM-Linux嵌入式系統(tǒng),研制了用于用電信息采集業(yè)務(wù)的1.8 GHz電力無線專網(wǎng)遠(yuǎn)程通信終端,,該終端上行與基站通信,,執(zhí)行空中接口過程來建立連接;下行與電力業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)備集中器連接通信,,主要接口包括RS232串口,、以太網(wǎng)口、IO口等,,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)信息的采集與解析,。遠(yuǎn)程通信終端通過接入網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)集中器與業(yè)務(wù)主站之間的數(shù)據(jù)、協(xié)議以及控制信息等內(nèi)容的交互[12-13],,通過終端業(yè)務(wù)接入試點(diǎn),,驗(yàn)證了終端運(yùn)行的適配性與可靠性。
