基于空間占用率判定的智能電梯控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)電梯控制系統(tǒng)存在的質(zhì)量雖未達(dá)到電梯系統(tǒng)的閾值設(shè)定,,但電梯內(nèi)部空間被占滿,導(dǎo)致依據(jù)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)判定,,響應(yīng)外部請(qǐng)求而使門控進(jìn)行無效打開的問題,,對(duì)電梯控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)釆用STM32單片機(jī)作為主控芯片,,利用光敏傳感器進(jìn)行電梯空間占用率的感知,。采用LabVIEW搭建上位機(jī),對(duì)電梯運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,該系統(tǒng)能夠準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)電梯空間占用率,并根據(jù)空間占用率進(jìn)行電梯運(yùn)行控制,,解決了因無法判定電梯內(nèi)部空間占有率而產(chǎn)生的門控?zé)o效打開問題,,極大節(jié)約了電力資源,節(jié)省了乘客搭乘時(shí)間,,提高了電梯的運(yùn)行能效,。

Design of intelligent elevator control system based on space occupancy determination

Abstract: In view of the fact that the quality of the elevator system does not reach the threshold of the elevator system, but the internal space of the elevator is occupied, resulting in responding to external control and making the door control invalid open only according to the quality index. The elevator control system is optimizedand designed. The system uses STM32 microprocessor as the main control chip, and the optical sensor is designed by using photosensitive resistor to perceive the space occupancy of elevator,and the elevator space occupancy is sensed by using LabVIEW to build the upper computer to monitor the elevator operation data in real time. The test results show that the system can accurately detect the elevator space occupancy rate and control the elevator operation according to the space occupancy rate, which solves the problem of invalid opening of the door control caused by the inability to determine the space occupancy rate of the elevator.

0 引言

    電梯在當(dāng)代家居生活中承擔(dān)著人流和物流運(yùn)送的任務(wù),。自20世紀(jì)80年代以來,,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,中國(guó)對(duì)電梯的需求量呈快速上升趨勢(shì),,目前,,中國(guó)已成為世界上最大的電梯市場(chǎng),電梯運(yùn)行能效指標(biāo)變得及其重要[1-6],。

    在實(shí)際的電梯系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中,,經(jīng)常遇到電梯內(nèi)部裝有的貨物已經(jīng)占滿電梯空間,但在外部請(qǐng)求控制下,,若質(zhì)量未達(dá)到閾值,,電梯還會(huì)開門的情況。該現(xiàn)象使電梯的能效指標(biāo)下降,,不利于節(jié)能[7],。本文針對(duì)這一問題,對(duì)電梯控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),。系統(tǒng)下位機(jī)利用光敏傳感器模塊對(duì)電梯內(nèi)部占用空間進(jìn)行測(cè)量,。通過單片機(jī)采集光傳感器模塊光線被遮擋后輸出的低電平個(gè)數(shù),計(jì)算空間占有率,,當(dāng)達(dá)到電梯飽和的體積占有率閾值時(shí),,電梯控制系統(tǒng)不再受到外界請(qǐng)求信號(hào)進(jìn)行開門控制,解決了傳統(tǒng)電梯控制系統(tǒng)因無法判定電梯內(nèi)部空間被占滿而產(chǎn)生的門控?zé)o效打開問題,。
