基于CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)整合技術研究與設計

摘要: CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是自動化程度較高海洋鉆井中較常使用的重要設備之一,,對保障鉆井生產(chǎn)起到了重要作用,。在鉆井平臺配置中多為監(jiān)控甲板和鉆井區(qū)域,,對于JU2000E型鉆井平臺,其配備了雙系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控設備,,但兩個系統(tǒng)之間無融合,。為此,從平臺使用實際,、成本控制及組網(wǎng)便利性出發(fā),,對實現(xiàn)平臺級CCTV系統(tǒng)整合的方案及多平臺構建集中遠傳監(jiān)控的可能性進行了探討。

Abstract: CCTV video monitoring system is one of the most important equipment in offshore drilling with high degree of automation, which plays an important role in ensuring drilling production. In the configuration of drilling platform, most of them are monitoring deck and drilling area. For JU2000E drilling platform, there is no integration between the two monitoring systems. In this paper, based on the actual use of the platform, cost control and networking convenience, we study the scheme to realize the integration of platform level CCTV system and the possibility of building centralized remote monitoring on multiple platforms.

0 引言
隨著海洋鉆井設備的自動化技術的發(fā)展,,CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在鉆井生產(chǎn)過程中的重要性逐漸凸顯,。以目前主流鉆井JU2000E型平臺為例,,該型號平臺配有兩套HERNIS品牌的CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。目前該類型海洋鉆井平臺級CCTV系統(tǒng)多為根據(jù)平臺設備情況獨立設計,,實現(xiàn)多系統(tǒng)之間融合技術上需要服務商授權和硬件支持且升級費用昂貴,。平臺級也無統(tǒng)一的與上級部門的對接端口,缺乏有效實現(xiàn)集中遠傳監(jiān)控的條件,。
對于海洋鉆井平臺,,如何實現(xiàn)平臺級多個CCTV系統(tǒng)之間融合監(jiān)控,實現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)中各個環(huán)節(jié)區(qū)域的集中監(jiān)控顯得更加重要,。對于海洋平臺上級管理單位,,如何高效實現(xiàn)對多個海洋平臺視頻監(jiān)控實現(xiàn)遠傳和集中整合,在推進海洋鉆井信息化的今天更顯重要[1-2],。
