頗受市場青睞的RECOM RPX QFN封裝的DC／DC轉換器現(xiàn)已開始提供「－Q」型號，滿足了嚴苛的車規(guī)AEC－Q100 一級認證要求,，升級后含有用于自動光學檢測 （AOI）設備的「可濕側面封裝」,。RPX－0．5Q和RPX－1．5Q系列轉換器的輸入可達36V,，輸出在0． 8V至30V范圍內可調。RPX－0．5Q提供0．5A電流,，RPX－1．5Q提供1．5A,，兩者均采用微型3 x 5 x 1．6mm無引線、熱增強的QFN封裝,，降額時可在超過100°C的環(huán)境溫度下工作,。這是由最先進的集成和3D封裝技術實現(xiàn)的，該技術使用引線框架上倒裝芯片 （FCOL）的過模封裝,，不但提供低封裝熱阻,，同時也降低制造成本和最終產品的價格。
RPX系列集成了必要的電感器,，只需要外部輸入和輸出電容,，根據(jù)客戶的應用進行擴展,，就可以實現(xiàn)全部的功能。提供開／關控制,、同步輸入以及電源良好輸出,。支持軟啟動并具有完善的短路、過流,、過溫和輸入欠壓保護功能,。采用FCOL結構因此EMI極低，而且固定頻率也使所需的額外濾波更容易實現(xiàn),。
