摘要: 目標(biāo)檢測是智能安防領(lǐng)域中的重要研究內(nèi)容,,為滿足安防檢測系統(tǒng)的小型化和高實(shí)時(shí)性的使用需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array,,現(xiàn)場可編程門陣列)的運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)實(shí)時(shí)檢測系統(tǒng),采用CMOS攝像頭采集視頻圖像,DDR3 SDRAM作為視頻圖像幀的緩存介質(zhì),,結(jié)合FPGA器件的可并行處理特點(diǎn),采用流水線技術(shù)對幀間差分檢測算法進(jìn)行模塊化處理,,檢測結(jié)果通過以太網(wǎng)傳輸至上位機(jī),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了圖像采集和運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)檢測及顯示。實(shí)驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果表明,,該系統(tǒng)能夠快速準(zhǔn)確地檢測出運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo),,穩(wěn)定性高,實(shí)時(shí)性好,。

Design of a real-time motion target detection system based on FPGA

Abstract: Target detection is an important research content in the field of intelligent security. To meet the requirements of miniaturization and high real-time usage, a kind of real-time detection system is designed based on FPGA. The CMOS camera is used to collect video image. DDR3 SDRAM is taken as the cache medium of video image. Combined with the parallel processing characteristics of FPGA devices, the pipeline technology is used to modularize the inter-frame difference detection algorithm. The detection results are transmitted through Ethernet, which realizes image acquisition and motion object detection and display. Experimental test results show that the proposed system can detect moving targets quickly and accurately, with high stability and good real-time performance.

0 引言

傳統(tǒng)安防系統(tǒng)中由于人工進(jìn)行視頻檢索排查方式的效率低下,,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)有效監(jiān)控,因此目標(biāo)檢測技術(shù)成為了當(dāng)前智能安防視頻監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域中非常重要的研究方向之一,,目標(biāo)檢測在安防領(lǐng)域主要應(yīng)用內(nèi)容包括無人區(qū)域的入侵目標(biāo)檢測,、多目標(biāo)區(qū)域的目標(biāo)數(shù)目的監(jiān)測統(tǒng)計(jì)以及結(jié)合圖像增強(qiáng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜背景下的目標(biāo)偵察等[1-2]。目前目標(biāo)檢測系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)主要有CPU處理器,、GPU處理器,、AI智能芯片以及FPGA、DSP等,。其中CPU處理器由于其串行處理機(jī)制導(dǎo)致實(shí)時(shí)檢測處理性能較低,;GPU及AI智能專用芯片通過部署計(jì)算量復(fù)雜且代碼量龐大的深度學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架來實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)檢測[3-4],處理性能大幅提升,,但系統(tǒng)功耗大,、成本不菲,主要適用于大組網(wǎng),、大互聯(lián)場景[5],。基于此基礎(chǔ),,針對于一般小型家用視頻安防監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),,利用FPGA速度快、高性價(jià)比,、內(nèi)部資源豐富等優(yōu)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)一種運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)檢測系統(tǒng)[6-8]來實(shí)現(xiàn)無人場所的安防功能,。同時(shí)FPGA具備的并行運(yùn)算方式和多級(jí)流水線處理機(jī)制,可以極大地提高安防系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)檢測性能,。最后在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用場景中測試該安防系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性和實(shí)用性,。
