摘要: 針對(duì)激光陀螺的電源需求,,提出了一種多輸出組件電源的設(shè)計(jì)方案,。首先,,根據(jù)電源指標(biāo)要求,概述了總體技術(shù)方案,。隨后進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的電路設(shè)計(jì),,重點(diǎn)對(duì)4 500 V升壓電路進(jìn)行了參數(shù)計(jì)算。最后給出了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,。經(jīng)過樣機(jī)驗(yàn)證后,,設(shè)計(jì)的組件電源具有尺寸緊湊、結(jié)構(gòu)輕便和高可靠性等特點(diǎn),,可為激光陀螺應(yīng)用提供小型化和輕量化解決方案,。

Abstract: In response to the power supply requirements of laser gyro, a design scheme for a multi-output module power supply has been proposed. Initially, an overall technical scheme is outlined in accordance with the power supply index requirements. Subsequently, detailed circuit design is conducted with particular emphasis on parameter calculation for the 4 500 V booster circuit. Finally, a structural design scheme is presented. Following prototype verification, the designed component power supply exhibits characteristics such as compact size, lightweight construction and high reliability, offering miniaturized and lightweight solutions tailored to laser gyro applications.

引言

激光陀螺作為導(dǎo)航,、制導(dǎo)與控制系統(tǒng)的理想慣性傳感器,在航天,、航空等領(lǐng)域得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,。隨著導(dǎo)航與控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,小型化,、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,、高度集成化成為激光陀螺發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。激光陀螺正常工作時(shí)需要多種不同的電壓供電,,這些不同的電壓往往通過使用不同規(guī)格的DC/DC電源模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),。而為了滿足激光陀螺發(fā)展的新要求,一種新的供電方式是將激光陀螺需要的多路電壓集成為一個(gè)組件,,便于進(jìn)一步集成到激光陀螺系統(tǒng)中,,因此需要該組件電源體積小、集成度高,、重量輕,、可靠性高,對(duì)電源提出了更高的要求[1-3],。

本文提出了一種集成多路輸出的供電組件電源,,包含五路高壓輸出,同時(shí)兼具體積小,、重量輕,、可靠性高的特點(diǎn),,是專門針對(duì)一體化激光陀螺系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的組件電源。
