摘要: 本文結(jié)合混鐵爐轉(zhuǎn)爐除塵風(fēng)機(jī)的生產(chǎn)工藝,,綜述了高壓變頻器的性能特點(diǎn)及系統(tǒng)原理,同時(shí)詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了整體施工方案,,從而證實(shí)了變頻器在杭鋼有著很大的節(jié)電效果,。

一,、 引言

  杭州鋼鐵集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼廠設(shè)置兩座600T混鐵爐,,且有一個(gè)傾翻工位和一個(gè)大包倒小包工位。每座混鐵爐設(shè)有一個(gè)進(jìn)鐵口和一個(gè)出鐵口,,傾翻工位相當(dāng)于混鐵爐進(jìn)鐵口,。當(dāng)混鐵爐進(jìn)鐵或出鐵時(shí),,高溫的鐵水會(huì)同空氣發(fā)生劇烈的化學(xué)反應(yīng),產(chǎn)生大量的煙氣,。一方面對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作的工人不利,,另一方面也對(duì)環(huán)境造成了巨大的污染?;扈F爐多種進(jìn)出鐵工況條件下風(fēng)量隨時(shí)變化,,因此該除塵風(fēng)機(jī)需要多種速度來(lái)適應(yīng)。在以前的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,,由于一方面液力耦合器不能適應(yīng)頻繁的調(diào)速,,另一方面原設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)閥門信號(hào)與風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)速控制分屬兩個(gè)控制系統(tǒng),兩者之間沒(méi)有信號(hào)聯(lián)系,。因此原有除塵風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行方式基本為恒速運(yùn)行,,其運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)速保持在約680rpm 左右,運(yùn)行電流約在150A,,僅通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)閥門及爐蓋開啟來(lái)達(dá)到除塵效果,,同時(shí)為防止閥門全部關(guān)閉造成風(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng)過(guò)大,其中一臺(tái)大包倒小包閥門始終打開,,大量風(fēng)量直接排空,,導(dǎo)致大量有功功率浪費(fèi)。此外液力耦合器低速運(yùn)行時(shí)效率低下,,為了提高風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行效率,,節(jié)能降耗,必須對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)速控制進(jìn)行改進(jìn),。 

 

 

  近幾年隨著國(guó)內(nèi)高壓變頻器技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,,變頻器的性價(jià)比和穩(wěn)定性有很大幅度的提升,經(jīng)過(guò)考察,,我廠最終選擇了北京利德華福電氣技術(shù)有限公司的 Harsvert-A系列高壓變頻器對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)速控制,。該項(xiàng)目采用節(jié)能還款合同形式,由杭州亞泰投資公司投資,,整體項(xiàng)目為交鑰匙工程,,于2006年12 月份安裝調(diào)試完畢投入運(yùn)行,至今已穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行近四個(gè)月,,給我廠帶來(lái)了巨大的效益,。

二、混鐵爐除塵工藝工況及主電機(jī)參數(shù)介紹

1,、混鐵爐除塵風(fēng)機(jī)工況:
  混鐵爐系統(tǒng)除塵設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量:66萬(wàn)立方米/小時(shí)
  風(fēng)道漏風(fēng)損耗率設(shè)計(jì): 10%
  進(jìn)鐵水(或大包倒小包)除塵需要風(fēng)量:25萬(wàn)立方米/小時(shí)
  出鐵水除塵需要風(fēng)量: 6萬(wàn)立方米/小時(shí)
  進(jìn)鐵水除塵需要時(shí)間: 約10分鐘/次
  出鐵水除塵需要時(shí)間: 約3分鐘/次
  日出鐵水總次數(shù): 約180次
  日進(jìn)鐵水總次數(shù): 約120次
  進(jìn)鐵時(shí),,當(dāng)捕集罩關(guān)到位后,相應(yīng)的閥門打開。出鐵時(shí),,混鐵爐離開零位后,,相應(yīng)的出鐵口閥門打開。

2,、混鐵爐除塵風(fēng)機(jī)主電機(jī)的技術(shù)參數(shù)如下:
  電機(jī)型號(hào):Y710-8 
  額定功率:1600kW 
  額定電壓:6300V
  額定電流:183.2A
  功率因數(shù):0.84

3,、工藝要求:
  現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提供具體工作情況分為以下6種工作情況:
  1):一個(gè)進(jìn)鐵口工作需要25萬(wàn)m3/h;
  2):一個(gè)出鐵口工作需要6萬(wàn)m3/h,;
  3):兩個(gè)出鐵口同時(shí)打開需要風(fēng)量12萬(wàn)m3/h ,;
  4):一個(gè)進(jìn)鐵口一個(gè)出鐵口同時(shí)打開需要風(fēng)量31萬(wàn)m3/h;
  5):一個(gè)進(jìn)鐵口兩個(gè)出鐵口同時(shí)打開需要風(fēng)量37萬(wàn)m3/h,;
  6):兩個(gè)進(jìn)鐵口同時(shí)打開需要風(fēng)量50萬(wàn)m3/h,。

三、高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)改造方案:

1,、HARSVERT-A高壓變頻器的原理

  采用高-高電壓源型,,單元串聯(lián)多電平技術(shù)。電網(wǎng)電壓經(jīng)過(guò)副邊多重化的隔離變壓器降壓后給功率單元供電,,1600kW/6kV高壓變頻器每相由5個(gè)功率單元串聯(lián)而成,,輸出相電壓最高可達(dá)3500V,線電壓達(dá)6kV左右,。每個(gè)功率單元承受全部的電機(jī)電流,,但只提供1/5相電壓和1/15的輸出功率,為單相輸出的交直交PWM電壓源型逆變結(jié)構(gòu),,相鄰功率單元的輸出端串接起來(lái),,形成Y接結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)變壓變頻的高壓直接輸出,,供給高壓電動(dòng)機(jī)。

  每個(gè)功率單元分別由輸入變壓器的一組副邊供電,,功率單元之間及變壓器二次繞組之間相互絕緣,,二次繞組采用延邊三角形接法,實(shí)現(xiàn)多重化,,以達(dá)到降低輸入諧波電流的目的,。給功率單元供電的二次繞組每3個(gè)一組,分為5個(gè)不同的相位組,,互差12度電角度,,形成30脈沖的整流電路結(jié)構(gòu)。

2,、本項(xiàng)目共配置1臺(tái)高壓變頻器,,其詳細(xì)參數(shù)如下:

 

 

3、變頻器主回路方案:
  由于風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)口沒(méi)有風(fēng)門,因此這次改造沒(méi)有安裝工頻旁路柜,。
  即用戶電網(wǎng)直接接高壓變頻器,,然后接電機(jī)。 

4,、根據(jù)混鐵爐的工藝要求,,我們?cè)跐M足除塵環(huán)保要求的前提下,為簡(jiǎn)化控制邏輯,,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)PLC直接根據(jù)出鐵口,、進(jìn)鐵口的爐蓋位置開關(guān)狀態(tài)來(lái)控制變頻器的轉(zhuǎn)速,變頻器預(yù)設(shè)3個(gè)速度點(diǎn),,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所需風(fēng)量不同自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,。

  現(xiàn)場(chǎng)送6個(gè)開關(guān)量信號(hào)進(jìn)PLC,在程序內(nèi)編程以達(dá)到變頻器高,、中,、低速運(yùn)行。

  5,、加裝變頻器后,,由于變頻器自身帶有電機(jī)的過(guò)流保護(hù)、過(guò)載保護(hù),、缺相保護(hù),、過(guò)電壓保護(hù)、接地保護(hù),、短路保護(hù),、超頻保護(hù)、反相保護(hù)等,,變頻運(yùn)行時(shí)上口高壓柜保護(hù)為備用保護(hù),,除變頻器輸入側(cè)采用移相變壓器外(其勵(lì)磁涌流為額定電流的6-8倍),對(duì)上口保護(hù)無(wú)其它特殊要求,;因此高壓開關(guān)柜繼電保護(hù)只對(duì)變頻器工頻旁路時(shí)起主要保護(hù),,其整定值可按正常電機(jī)保護(hù)進(jìn)行整定。旁路運(yùn)行時(shí)如將進(jìn)氣口閥門全部關(guān)閉,,啟動(dòng)過(guò)程啟動(dòng)電流應(yīng)在電機(jī)額定電流的6-8倍左右,,如果電網(wǎng)或上級(jí)變壓器容量較大能承受此瞬間沖擊,可以不外加任何啟動(dòng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行直接工頻啟動(dòng),,如果不能承受則可考慮在變頻器工頻旁路系統(tǒng)前方加裝水阻或電抗器,,以防工頻啟動(dòng)時(shí)無(wú)法啟動(dòng)。本項(xiàng)目工頻時(shí)采用直接啟動(dòng)方式,。

四,、交鑰匙工程整體施工方案:

  1、由于目前設(shè)備使用液力耦合器,考慮到風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,,因此拆除液力耦合器,,將電機(jī)向前移位采用直接連接方式;對(duì)電機(jī)移位后與風(fēng)機(jī)直聯(lián)的磨擦片接手重新定制,,重新制作鋼底座作為電機(jī)基礎(chǔ),,同時(shí)為確保設(shè)備投運(yùn)后的安全,應(yīng)確保的安裝精度,,保證電機(jī)與風(fēng)機(jī)之間的同心度≦0.05mm,。

  2、高壓變頻器主設(shè)備安裝在風(fēng)機(jī)值班室內(nèi),,原高壓柜至電機(jī)的高壓電纜用做改造時(shí)高壓柜至變頻器進(jìn)線電纜,,變頻器至電機(jī)高壓電纜重新敷設(shè),同時(shí)敷設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng) PLC柜至變頻器控制柜3根屏蔽控制電纜用于變頻器的遠(yuǎn)程啟動(dòng),、停車,,采集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)閥門狀態(tài)信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻器三段速的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)及變頻器信號(hào)的反饋,。此外還需敷設(shè)一根高壓柜至變頻器的控制電纜,,用于高壓柜合閘允許和高壓柜緊急分閘控制。

  3,、由于高壓變頻器的IGBT等功率元器件對(duì)環(huán)境溫度要求比較高,,同時(shí)本項(xiàng)目變頻器功率較大,為了防止因溫高而引起變頻器的保護(hù)停機(jī),,我廠采用以下三種措施來(lái)防止室溫過(guò)高:
 ?。?)、柜頂加裝排風(fēng)管,,使變頻器自身產(chǎn)生的大部分熱量通過(guò)排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)釋放到室外,;
  (2),、改裝現(xiàn)有的窗戶,,進(jìn)行雙層玻璃保溫;
 ?。?)、加裝一臺(tái)10匹的工業(yè)風(fēng)冷空調(diào),。

4,、施工時(shí)間安排見下表

五,、節(jié)能測(cè)算及投資分析:

1、上變頻器前后的相關(guān)參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)

 

 

2,、工頻用液偶調(diào)速狀態(tài)下除塵風(fēng)機(jī)的功耗計(jì)算
 
以年運(yùn)行時(shí)間7920小時(shí)(約330天),、電價(jià)0.5元/度計(jì)算,
工頻下每年耗電量為1037萬(wàn)度,,每年耗電費(fèi)為518.5萬(wàn)元,。

3、變頻狀態(tài)下除塵風(fēng)機(jī)的功耗計(jì)算
(1)高速運(yùn)行時(shí),,轉(zhuǎn)速為667rpm
考慮到有可能兩座爐同時(shí)進(jìn)鐵水需同時(shí)除塵,,預(yù)計(jì)每天高速運(yùn)行的時(shí)間約為12小時(shí)(包括變頻器加速時(shí)間)。則

(2)中速運(yùn)行時(shí),,轉(zhuǎn)速為520rpm:
考慮到至少有一個(gè)出鐵狀態(tài),,每天預(yù)計(jì)運(yùn)行10小時(shí)。則

(3)低速運(yùn)行時(shí),,轉(zhuǎn)速為300rpm
在不除塵時(shí),,只要保證正常的工作環(huán)境和能夠保證正常提速至除塵狀態(tài)即可,每天預(yù)計(jì)運(yùn)行2小時(shí),。則

(4)仍以年運(yùn)行時(shí)間7920小時(shí)(約330天),、電價(jià)0.5元/度計(jì)算,則變頻后每年耗電量為697.4萬(wàn)度,,每年耗電費(fèi)為348.7萬(wàn)元,。

4、綜上所述,,除塵風(fēng)機(jī)上高壓變頻器后較以前工頻液力耦合器調(diào)速,,每年可節(jié)約電量339.6萬(wàn)度,每年節(jié)約電費(fèi)為169.8萬(wàn)元,。
同時(shí)還產(chǎn)生了其他效果:
1) 限制啟動(dòng)電流,,減少啟動(dòng)的峰值功率省耗;
2) 改善電網(wǎng)功率因數(shù),,變頻器可使系統(tǒng)的功率因數(shù)保持在0.95%以上,;
3) 消除了電機(jī)因啟動(dòng)、停止對(duì)機(jī)械的沖擊,,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,,減少維修;
4) 可使電動(dòng)機(jī)與風(fēng)機(jī)直接相連接,,減少傳動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)的費(fèi)用,;
5) 電機(jī)和風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度下降,,潤(rùn)滑條件改善,傳動(dòng)裝置的故障下降,;

5,、投資分析:
     我廠通過(guò)高壓變頻節(jié)能改造,預(yù)計(jì)該項(xiàng)目的總投資回報(bào)期約在16個(gè)月左右,,總投資內(nèi)容包括設(shè)備成本,、配件成本、運(yùn)輸成本,、工程設(shè)計(jì)成本,、工程安裝成本、效果檢測(cè)成本,、資金融資成本,、設(shè)備維護(hù)成本及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本。

六,、結(jié)束語(yǔ):
綜合看來(lái),本套高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的投入,,對(duì)提高杭鋼集團(tuán)動(dòng)力公司電能的使用效率,降低公司的生產(chǎn)成本,,保證混鐵爐除塵風(fēng)機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行以及生產(chǎn)工作自動(dòng)化程度的提高有著積極,、重要的作用??梢哉f(shuō)這是一個(gè)產(chǎn)品適用性強(qiáng),投資回報(bào)快的高科技項(xiàng)目,。
