摘要: 為了解決球磨機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的工作負(fù)荷監(jiān)測(cè)問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)的磨機(jī)物料監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)硬件主要由電源電路,、磨音采集電路、信號(hào)處理電路和液晶(LCD)數(shù)據(jù)顯示電路組成。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)拾音器采集磨音信號(hào),,利用離散傅里葉變換(DFT)將磨音時(shí)域信號(hào)變換到頻域,,根據(jù)Parseval定理計(jì)算磨音能量,最后通過(guò)多項(xiàng)式擬合的方式得出磨音能量與磨機(jī)物料的關(guān)系,。系統(tǒng)在DSP中進(jìn)行磨音信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)處理,,將處理的頻譜、聲音強(qiáng)度(分貝值)和物料比實(shí)時(shí)顯示在LCD觸摸屏上,,以便監(jiān)控人員優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)可有效地監(jiān)測(cè)磨機(jī)工況,,計(jì)算磨機(jī)的負(fù)荷比,,在實(shí)際的球磨機(jī)作業(yè)中得到了應(yīng)用。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that monitoring the working load of the ball mill during its operation, a monitoring system of the mill material based on digital signal processor(DSP) is designed. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of four kinds of circuit, i.e., the power circuit, the grinding sound acquisition circuit, the signal processing circuit and the Liquid Crystal Display(LCD) data display circuit. The system collects the grinding sound signal through the pickups, transforms grinding signal in time domain to frequency domain by discrete Fourier transform(DFT), calculates grinding energy according to Parseval′s theorem. Finally, the system gets the relationship between energy and material by polynomial fitting. The system processes the grinding sound signal in real time by DSP. Meanwhile, for the monitor personnel can optimize the production process, the processed spectrum, sound intensity(decibel value) and material ratio are displayed on the LCD touch screen. The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the working condition of the mill and calculate the load ratio of the mill, and it has been applied in the actual operation of the ball mill.

0 引言

    磨機(jī)是水泥生產(chǎn)中的物料粉磨設(shè)備,在其運(yùn)行過(guò)程中有“空磨”,、“飽磨”,、“正常磨”3種狀態(tài)。當(dāng)球磨機(jī)處于“空磨”,、“飽磨”狀態(tài)時(shí),,會(huì)降低球磨機(jī)的工作效率,增加磨機(jī)功耗,。因此,,使球磨機(jī)工作處于“正常磨”的工況,能夠有效提高球磨機(jī)的工作效率,。目前,,球磨機(jī)物料的監(jiān)測(cè)方法有:基于數(shù)學(xué)模型的磨機(jī)負(fù)荷軟測(cè)量,、磨音法、振動(dòng)法,、功率法,、超聲波檢測(cè)法、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法等[1-2],。在磨機(jī)長(zhǎng)期的工作中表明:當(dāng)磨機(jī)物料較低時(shí),,球磨機(jī)發(fā)出的聲音(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)磨音)主要來(lái)自鋼球以及研磨介質(zhì)與襯板之間的摩擦和碰撞,磨音頻率較高,,且聽(tīng)起來(lái)清脆,;當(dāng)磨機(jī)物料增加時(shí),鋼球以及研磨介質(zhì)與襯板之間被物料所填充,,磨音頻率降低,,磨音從清脆變得沉悶[3]。因此,,通過(guò)對(duì)磨音的監(jiān)測(cè),,可以有效確定磨機(jī)物料,而且磨音法是目前磨機(jī)物料監(jiān)測(cè)最有效方法之一[4],。因此,,本文基于上述特性,根據(jù)磨音法設(shè)計(jì)出一款基于DSP的磨機(jī)物料監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),,該系統(tǒng)使用拾音器采集音頻信號(hào),,通過(guò)DSP對(duì)磨音數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)處理,將處理的磨音頻譜,,聲強(qiáng)值和物料比實(shí)時(shí)顯示在LCD觸摸屏上,以便監(jiān)控人員參考,。系統(tǒng)還具有頻段可調(diào),、增益可調(diào)、閾值去噪等特點(diǎn),。
