摘要: 為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)鉆孔精細(xì)探測能力,開發(fā)了一款基于Android系統(tǒng)的礦用本安型鉆孔成像儀軟件,。通過對現(xiàn)有設(shè)備硬件采集到的視頻,、深度和角度信息做深入的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與融合,,實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆孔圖像采集、圖像展開,、探頭姿態(tài),、二維軌跡和三維軌跡等多源鉆孔觀測功能;設(shè)計(jì)了一套“映射變換”算法對圖像展開功能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,,提升圖像展開速度137%,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆孔圖像展開實(shí)時(shí)化;引入基于JNI與邊緣計(jì)算思想的通信接口技術(shù),,將電子羅盤與深度計(jì)數(shù)器的數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理放在硬件接口內(nèi)完成,,降低主機(jī)負(fù)載4.6%。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,,成像儀軟件可充分發(fā)揮鉆孔成像儀主機(jī)的硬件性能,,提高井下鉆孔觀測施工效率。

Abstract: In order to further enhance the ability of detailed drilling detection, a mine intrinsically safe borehole imager application based on the Android system is developed. Through a deeply data mining and fusion of video, depth and angle information which has been acquired, it functions such as video acquisition, image unwrapping, probe attitude, 2d/3d trajectory etc. A set of "mapping transformation" algorithm was designed to optimize the image expansion function and improve the image expansion speed by 137%, real time drilling image development is achieved.The communication interface technology based on JNI and edge computing was introduced, and the data preprocessing of the electronic compass and depth counter was completed in the hardware interface, which reduced the load of the host by 4.6%. The experiment shows that the software of borehole imager allowed full play to the hardware performance of borehole imager and improved the construction efficiency of borehole observation.

0 引言

    鉆孔精細(xì)探測能夠有效掌握煤礦井下巷道的圍巖,、工作面的斷層構(gòu)造以及上覆巖層導(dǎo)水裂隙帶等地質(zhì)情況,,為巷道的支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)、瓦斯抽采,、巷道修復(fù)和圍巖注漿加固[1]等工作提供真實(shí)且有效的數(shù)據(jù)支持[2],。

    鉆孔成像技術(shù)是一種以光學(xué)成像原理為主的成像測井技術(shù)[3-6]。國內(nèi)外研究全景鉆孔成像系統(tǒng)的有中科院武漢巖土力學(xué)所、武漢固德,、湖北奧誠等相關(guān)科研單位,,開發(fā)了多款地面鉆孔成像儀,此類產(chǎn)品雖然功能豐富,,但其體積和重量大,,便攜性差,且系統(tǒng)主機(jī)未進(jìn)行防爆測試,,只能用于在地面探測垂直鉆孔[7],;武漢長盛等單位也開發(fā)了數(shù)款適用于井下的鉆孔成像器,但是其功能簡單,,只能對簡單地質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行探測,。軟件方面,現(xiàn)有成像儀軟件大部分是基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)定制開發(fā)的儀器內(nèi)置系統(tǒng),,雖然功能比較全面,,但界面比較死板,操作不便,,且軟件升級操作困難,,后期維護(hù)成本較高。

    安卓系統(tǒng)是目前一款主流的便攜式設(shè)備操作系統(tǒng),,具有界面美觀,、操作簡便、開發(fā)難度低,、可移植性和可維護(hù)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),,但搭載安卓系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺一般為低算力、低功耗的移動(dòng)設(shè)備,,因此需要針對不同模塊需求設(shè)計(jì)高效算法,,針對硬件接口設(shè)計(jì)通信方案[8],實(shí)現(xiàn)軟硬件系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能,。

    本文介紹了一款適配于本單位研發(fā)的CXK12礦用本安型鉆孔成像儀的Android APP,,通過開發(fā)一種快速圖像展算法和一種集成接口算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻觀測與預(yù)覽,、深度角度測量,、平面軌跡繪制、三維軌跡繪制,、鉆孔圖像展開,、視頻與測量數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出等功能,擴(kuò)展了鉆孔成像儀的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,。
