摘要: 為滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)室電源測(cè)試的需要,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于同步Buck電路的小功率電子負(fù)載,分為主電路和控制電路兩部分,。提出一種基于同步Buck電路的改良的主電路結(jié)構(gòu),,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)載的連續(xù)變化,采用數(shù)字PID控制,,根據(jù)主電路小信號(hào)數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算出PID參數(shù)范圍,。針對(duì)所提出的電子負(fù)載設(shè)計(jì)方案制作了實(shí)物電路板,研究表明設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的電子負(fù)載能夠長(zhǎng)時(shí)間穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,。

Low power electronic load design based on synchronous buck circuit

Abstract: To meet the needs of laboratory power testing, we designed a small power electronic load based on synchronous buck circuit, which is divided into two parts: the main circuit and the control circuit. An improved main circuit structure based on synchronous buck circuit is proposed and we choose to adopt digital PID control to realize continuous load change, the PID parameter range is calculated according to the small signal model of the main circuit. According to the design scheme of electronic load, a real circuit board is made. The research shows that the designed electronic load runs stably for a long time, and meets the design requirements.

0 引言

    各種電源產(chǎn)品必須在出廠(chǎng)前測(cè)試數(shù)十小時(shí),以檢驗(yàn)其技術(shù)指標(biāo)和性能,。電子負(fù)載的發(fā)明與應(yīng)用提高了電源測(cè)試的質(zhì)量與效率,,有利于自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的建立[1]

    目前電子負(fù)載的主電路多采用Boost電路,,因其輸入電流連續(xù),,容易控制。但其存在很多缺點(diǎn),,如輸出負(fù)載不能短路,,也不能斷路,否則會(huì)燒毀器件,;升壓電路的輸出電壓更大,,對(duì)電路安全性要求更高,且損耗增加,;功率不能連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié),,而是從大于零的某一值以上開(kāi)始調(diào)節(jié),。而B(niǎo)uck電路穩(wěn)定性較高,,不易損壞,功率可以從零開(kāi)始連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié),,但存在輸入電流不連續(xù)的問(wèn)題,,導(dǎo)致電子負(fù)載不能連續(xù)變化,。本文以Buck電路作為主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)對(duì)電路進(jìn)行改良解決了這個(gè)問(wèn)題,。
