5G+邊緣計算在智能汽車柔性制造中的應用

摘要: 自動駕駛,、車路協(xié)同以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的發(fā)展催生了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)造車新勢力,促進了網(wǎng)聯(lián)車大生態(tài)的打造,。針對智能汽車制造業(yè),,以全流程智能化改造和行業(yè)數(shù)字化提升為重點,依托5G+工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及人工智能技術,,對制造業(yè)進行“數(shù)字化改造”實踐,,提升數(shù)據(jù)賦能水平。通過5G網(wǎng)絡化升級,,實現(xiàn)設備端,、工廠端、企業(yè)端,、跨企業(yè)端網(wǎng)絡化5G改造,,增強產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈信息互聯(lián)能力。通過人工智能化技術以及邊緣計算技術,,以生產(chǎn)工具智能化與決策手段智能化為抓手,,提高優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源配置效率,實現(xiàn)智能汽車的柔性制造,。

Abstract: The development of autonomous driving, vehicle-road collaboration and Internet technology has given birth to the new power of Internet car building and promoted the building of a grand ecosystem of networked cars. This paper focuses on the intelligent automobile manufacturing industry, focuses on the digital upgrading of the industry and the intelligent transformation of the whole process, and relies on 5G + industrial Internet and artificial intelligence technology to carry out the practice of "digital transformation", focusing on the digital transformation of automobile business process and other aspects to improve the level of data empowerment. Through 5G networking upgrading, with equipment-end, factory-end, enterprise-end and inter-enterprise networking 5G upgrading as the focus, industrial chain connectivity will be enhanced. Through artificial intelligence technology and edge computing technology, focusing on the intelligence of production tools and decision-making means, the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation is improved to realize the flexible manufacturing of intelligent vehicles.

0 引言

    互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維造車是近幾年涌現(xiàn)出來的造車新勢力,,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的組織形態(tài)代表了高效的敏捷開發(fā),支持開放共享、用戶參與,,助力打破產(chǎn)業(yè)圍墻,。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的引入使得以消費者為主導的生產(chǎn)方式正在引導我國汽車制造業(yè)逐步從單品種,、大量生產(chǎn)方式向多品種,、中小批量及“變種變量”的生產(chǎn)方式過渡,柔性制造是適應這種轉(zhuǎn)變的最佳制造方式[1],。近年來,,車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能汽車,、自動駕駛等行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展也推動了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)由高速增長階段轉(zhuǎn)向高質(zhì)量增長階段轉(zhuǎn)變,,為了加快汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)變革,政府也在積極推動智能制造,、柔性制造快速發(fā)展,。目前我國汽車智能制造與柔性制造轉(zhuǎn)型處于初級階段,在國家政策的推動下,,國內(nèi)各大車企對生產(chǎn)線進行智能化改造與升級,,疫情期間,比亞迪快速改造汽車生產(chǎn)線進行防疫制造展現(xiàn)了中國柔性制造的進步,。近幾年,,5G網(wǎng)絡、人工智能,、邊緣計算等新技術與汽車制造行業(yè)的有機結合,,對于推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)造車新生態(tài),實現(xiàn)智能汽車柔性制造,、自動駕駛與汽車制造的有機結合至關重要,,本文將對此展開論述。
