摘要:   供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)怯芍T多上下游企業(yè)因利益攸關(guān)而構(gòu)建,。供應(yīng)鏈的形成和運(yùn)行具有買方驅(qū)動(dòng),、自發(fā)構(gòu)建,、協(xié)同作業(yè)、持續(xù)改進(jìn)等特點(diǎn)?,F(xiàn)如今競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已從企業(yè)之間延伸到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈之間,,主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)維度,,一是供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行效率高低,;二是供應(yīng)鏈的持續(xù)優(yōu)化能力,;三是對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)資源的匯聚和利用能力,。打造一個(gè)服務(wù)于采購招標(biāo)和供應(yīng)鏈管理的信息化,、數(shù)字化系統(tǒng),其本質(zhì)是探討數(shù)字化如何賦能供應(yīng)鏈管理,。深入研究用戶的業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景,,對(duì)底層架構(gòu)、技術(shù)路徑,、產(chǎn)品形態(tài)以及運(yùn)行方式進(jìn)行高度統(tǒng)籌的“頂層設(shè)計(jì)”,。數(shù)字化賦能必須聚焦供應(yīng)鏈伙伴企業(yè)的協(xié)同作業(yè),以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展所依賴的資源,,包括供應(yīng)商資源和數(shù)據(jù)資源的匯聚和利用,。

Thoughts on digital transformation of supply chain

Abstract:   Supply chain is an integration of stakeholder enterprises brought together through upstream and downstream linkage. The formation and operation of supply chain bear the features of buyerdriven causation, spontaneous participation, collaborative execution, and continuous improvement. Competition that used to go among enterprises now goes on between supply chains in today's marketplace. Efficiency, sustainability, collection and utilization of digital resources are the three key capabilities that play major roles in the competition. The development of IT or digital system that is supposed to service the management of procurement and tendering is an exploration in essence of digitization enabling digital transformation of supply chain management. The success of it requires thorough investigation of usercentered scenario and highly comprehensive toplevel design of underlying architecture, technical path, product form, and operation mechanism. The enabling digital transformation of SCM focuses on the collaboration among participants of the chain as a whole, and on the collection and utilization of digital resources, including that of suppliers.

  現(xiàn)今的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)從企業(yè)和企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),,演變?yōu)?a class="innerlink" href="http://forexkbc.com/tags/供應(yīng)鏈" target="_blank">供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),。隨著單邊主義和逆全球化思潮的泛濫,貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)撕裂了全球化形成的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)鏈體系,,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)業(yè)布局發(fā)生深層次變革,。如今看來,“一帶一路”倡議的提出更像是對(duì)貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)撕裂全球供應(yīng)鏈的一種預(yù)判防范和應(yīng)對(duì)布局,既維系了沿線國家既有產(chǎn)能的存續(xù),,又促進(jìn)了新產(chǎn)能的發(fā)展,,推進(jìn)的成效有目共睹。
