增加直線約束的網(wǎng)格化2D相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)算法

摘要: 相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)是視頻穩(wěn)像、視頻拼接等技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),。網(wǎng)格變形模型可以在一定程度上解決傳統(tǒng)的單個(gè)2D仿射或單應(yīng)性變換模型難以處理的視差問(wèn)題,。在原CPW(Content Preserving Warping)算法的網(wǎng)格變形模型基礎(chǔ)上,添加直線保持約束,,并根據(jù)特征點(diǎn)的分布和檢測(cè)出的直線結(jié)構(gòu)特征,,自適應(yīng)地調(diào)整特征點(diǎn)約束、相似性約束和直線保持約束的權(quán)值,。將三類約束均表示為二次項(xiàng),,利用稀疏線性系統(tǒng)求解得到網(wǎng)格化的相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)路徑。根據(jù)算法估計(jì)的相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行變形可以保持圖像中人眼較為敏感的直線結(jié)構(gòu)不被破壞,,直觀地提升了視覺(jué)效果,,有效減少了圖像變形帶來(lái)的失真。

2D mesh camera motion estimation algorithm with line preserving constraint

Abstract: Camera motion estimation plays an important role in video stablization and stitching.To some extent,the mesh warping model can handle the problem of parallax,which is difficult for traditional 2D motion model with a single affine or homography matrix.A line preserving constraint is added to the CPW(Content Preserving Warping) algorithm,and the weight of the feature point constraint,similarity constraint and line preserving constraint are adaptively ajusted according to the distribution of feature points and the detected lines.Then three types of constraints are expressed as quadratic terms and the camera path is obtained by solving the sparse linear system.The algorithm keeps the linear structure,which is sensitive to human vision when warping image according to the estimated camera motion.As a result,the perceptual visual effect is improved,and the distortion caused by image warping is reduced.

0 引言
隨著數(shù)碼相機(jī)與攝像頭的普及并應(yīng)用于手機(jī),、無(wú)人機(jī)等各種移動(dòng)平臺(tái),,移動(dòng)場(chǎng)景下拍攝的視頻成為了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中最活躍的媒體形式之一。然而移動(dòng)平臺(tái)下捕捉的視頻通常會(huì)在人們所預(yù)期的運(yùn)動(dòng)之上存在一定程度的抖動(dòng)甚至旋轉(zhuǎn)變形,,這就需要人為對(duì)相機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行區(qū)分和過(guò)濾,,數(shù)字視頻穩(wěn)像(Digital Video Stablization,,DVS) 就是完成這樣的工作。相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)是視頻穩(wěn)像中的一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),,完成對(duì)相機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)路徑的估計(jì)之后就可以通過(guò)濾波,、曲線擬合等方式對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)補(bǔ)償,最后進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)膱D像修補(bǔ)和變形,,從而達(dá)到視頻穩(wěn)像的效果,。
