智能電能表停復(fù)電主動(dòng)上報(bào)方法研究

摘要: 及時(shí)獲取電力用戶(hù)的停電信息是電網(wǎng)運(yùn)維搶修的關(guān)鍵,。提出一種由電能表感知并產(chǎn)生停電事件,、由通信模塊轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的主動(dòng)上報(bào)方案,解決現(xiàn)有電能表停電事件主動(dòng)上報(bào)方案兼容性,、擴(kuò)展性差的缺陷,。提出一種復(fù)電主動(dòng)上報(bào)并且廣播校時(shí)的方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了停電運(yùn)維搶修作業(yè)的閉環(huán)管理,,解決了由于時(shí)鐘電池欠壓導(dǎo)致的電能表停電后時(shí)鐘錯(cuò)亂的問(wèn)題,。介紹新一代智能電能表的設(shè)計(jì)理念,并提出停復(fù)電事件主動(dòng)上報(bào)方法與校時(shí)策略在新一代智能電能表上的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,,為能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)中新一代智能電能表的推廣應(yīng)用提供了解決方案,。

Abstract: It′s meaningful for electricity power company to get the outage information on time. This paper proposed a new voluntary report method: Electricity energy meter generated outage event log, communication module transferred it. In order to solve the compatibility and expansibility disadvantages of current scheme, this paper proposed a power recovery voluntary report and broadcast timing method, realized closed loop management of outage maintenance and repair, and solved the wrong clock problem caused by battery low voltage after outage. This paper introduced the design thoughts of next generation smart meter,,and put forward an outage and recovery voluntary report and timing strategy implementation plan in next generation smart meter. This paper provides a solve plan for next generation smart meter popularization, and it′s helpful for construction of electricity energy Internet.

0 引言

    隨著電力科技的迅猛發(fā)展和信息化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,全球正在深入推進(jìn)優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu),、實(shí)現(xiàn)能源戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型新一輪變革,,智能電網(wǎng)已成為國(guó)際電力發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。電網(wǎng)智能化離不開(kāi)信息技術(shù)以及大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用,,我國(guó)建設(shè)的用電信息采集系統(tǒng)利用先進(jìn)的通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了海量數(shù)據(jù)的交互,,為營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、安質(zhì),、運(yùn)檢,、運(yùn)監(jiān)、發(fā)策,、信息等專(zhuān)業(yè)眾多業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)提供業(yè)務(wù)及數(shù)據(jù)支撐,,在線損分析、配變監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警,、計(jì)量在線監(jiān)測(cè)等諸多領(lǐng)域均扮演著重要角色,,是能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。

    特別是在運(yùn)檢領(lǐng)域,,保障供電可靠性是電網(wǎng)公司的服務(wù)宗旨,,如何能夠第一時(shí)間接收到故障信息并準(zhǔn)確定位,是實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓臺(tái)區(qū)故障停電搶修及時(shí)性的重中之重,,是為用戶(hù)提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的用電服務(wù)的保障,。近些年,我國(guó)持續(xù)開(kāi)展了關(guān)于低壓用戶(hù)停電事件主動(dòng)上報(bào)的相關(guān)技術(shù)研究[1-2],,立足于轉(zhuǎn)變被動(dòng)搶修為主動(dòng)搶修,,并初步取得了成效,但是也暴露出了一些不足,。本文在現(xiàn)有通過(guò)高速電力線載波通信(HPLC)實(shí)現(xiàn)停電上報(bào)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,,提出了一種優(yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并且研究了一種復(fù)電上報(bào)并校時(shí)的具體實(shí)施方法,,以解決電能表由于時(shí)鐘電池欠壓導(dǎo)致的停電后時(shí)鐘錯(cuò)亂問(wèn)題,,最后在新一代智能電能表中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。
