一種全自動螺絲供料機控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與分析

摘要: 為了實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線螺絲的高效供給和輸送,,應(yīng)用于自動化產(chǎn)品裝配線,設(shè)計了一種基于STC12C5410單片機的螺絲供料機控制系統(tǒng),。系統(tǒng)以STC12C5410為硬件核心控制器,,包括缺料報警、排列并輸送螺絲等功能,。系統(tǒng)主要通過光電開關(guān)和電磁閥實現(xiàn)供料,,有效提高了螺絲輸送的效率和穩(wěn)定性。另設(shè)計了調(diào)整電批扭力和控制電機制動的電路,,并進行仿真和實驗,,為之后此功能集成到配套電批中使用提供技術(shù)準備。

Design and analysis of the control system of a fully automatic screw feeder

Abstract: In order to realize the efficient supply and delivery of screws in the production line, then apply to the automatic product assembly line, this paper designs a screw feeder control system based on STC12C5410 single chip microcomputer. STC12C5410 is the hardware core controller of the system, including the function of material shortage alarm, arranging and conveying screws and so on. The system mainly realizes feeding by the photoelectric switch and solenoid valves, which effectively improves the efficiency and stability of screw conveying. In addition, the circuit of adjusting the torque of the electric batch and controlling the brake of the motor is designed, and the simulation and experiment are carried out to provide the technical preparation for the later integration of this function into the matching electric batch.

0 引言

    在自動化生產(chǎn)線中,,常用產(chǎn)品裝配中的擰緊螺絲環(huán)節(jié),,采用自動化設(shè)備鎖附螺絲已經(jīng)成為了大勢所趨。而螺絲供料機是自動鎖附螺絲機的重要組成部分,,它將機,、電、氣融為一體,,是一種自動將螺釘排列并輸送的機構(gòu),,為自動化生產(chǎn)線上的主要技術(shù)設(shè)備之一,。螺絲供料機合理的結(jié)構(gòu)和可靠的供料系統(tǒng),是螺絲供料機能夠安全可靠工作的兩個關(guān)鍵因素,。

    傳統(tǒng)的螺絲供料機芯片采用AT89C51單片機作為核心,,占用空間大,需要在配套電批上手動調(diào)節(jié)電批的扭力,,輸送螺釘程序沒有經(jīng)過優(yōu)化導(dǎo)致卡料率高[1],。因此本設(shè)計采用STC12C5410單片機為主控芯片,此款單片機為28個引腳封裝,,可以實現(xiàn)功能的同時節(jié)省空間,,不造成浪費。本文控制開發(fā)了螺絲供料機的控制系統(tǒng),,經(jīng)過實驗驗證,,能夠使其穩(wěn)定高效地工作。傳統(tǒng)的螺絲供料機配套電批采用手動調(diào)節(jié)電批扭力,,以適應(yīng)不同型號的螺絲,。本文設(shè)計了一種可對電批的扭力進行調(diào)整,達到一定扭力制動的電路,,以適用于不同工件的擰螺絲工序,。經(jīng)實驗與仿真,為今后對配套電機的功能改進提供了思路,,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景,。
