一種基于NB-IoT的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)燃?xì)獗硌芯吭O(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 針對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和智能燃?xì)獗韺?duì)低功耗與強(qiáng)連接的需求,提出了一種基于NB-IoT技術(shù)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能燃?xì)獗淼脑O(shè)計(jì)方案,。該方案采用瑞薩R7F0C004芯片作為MCU采集燃?xì)庥?jì)量數(shù)據(jù),,以N700-58為通信模組實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,,業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)由CoAP協(xié)議封裝后發(fā)送到電信AEP平臺(tái),,再由AEP平臺(tái)推送到燃?xì)獗順I(yè)務(wù)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信,。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,所設(shè)計(jì)的燃?xì)獗斫K端無(wú)論是在連網(wǎng)收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù),,還是在低能耗方面都達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),,能夠很好地滿(mǎn)足應(yīng)用需求。

Research and design of a gas meter based on NB-IoT

Abstract: Aiming at the development status of Internet of Things technology and the demand of intelligent gas meter for low power consumption and strong connection, this paper proposes a design scheme of intelligent gas meter based on NB-IoT technology. In this scheme, Renesas R7F0C004 chip is used as MCU to collect gas metering data, and N700-58 is used as communication module to realize network connection. The business data is encapsulated by CoAP protocol and sent to AEP platform, and then pushed by AEP platform to gas meter business management platform system to realize data communication. The test results show that the gas meter terminal designed in this paper achieves the expected design goal in terms of network connection, data receiving and sending, and low energy consumption, which can well meet the application requirements.

0 引言
近幾年,隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和我國(guó)智慧城市建設(shè)的推動(dòng),,5G,、NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things)、GPRS,、LoRa,、WiFi和藍(lán)牙等技術(shù)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。其中,,NB-IoT作為一種窄帶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的新興技術(shù),,具有高覆蓋、強(qiáng)連接,、低速率,、低成本、低功耗等優(yōu)勢(shì),,并且使用授權(quán)頻道,由電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商負(fù)責(zé)組網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)穩(wěn)定,、抗干擾能力強(qiáng),、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸安全可靠,逐漸成為了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)的首選[1-4],。特別是在燃?xì)獗?/a>和水表行業(yè),,終端主要是采用電池供電,更換一次干電池需要能工作12個(gè)月以上,,如果采用鋰電池供電,,則要求一顆容量為8.5 Ah的鋰電池能工作10年(與燃?xì)獗淼氖褂媚晗尴嗤?,并且,,一般都還要求每天至少連網(wǎng)通信一次,。正是如此苛刻的能耗限制,使得NB-IoT技術(shù)在水,、氣表行業(yè)應(yīng)用中脫穎而出,。
