純電動(dòng)智能汽車(chē)制動(dòng)防抱死系統(tǒng)控制邏輯研究

摘要: 線(xiàn)控制動(dòng)技術(shù)(Brake-by-Wire)是純電動(dòng)智能汽車(chē)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,。為了提高智能駕駛汽車(chē)制動(dòng)的安全穩(wěn)定性,,需要針對(duì)一款純電動(dòng)智能汽車(chē)的制動(dòng)防抱死系統(tǒng)控制邏輯進(jìn)行研究,。在該方案實(shí)施前,設(shè)置合理的邏輯門(mén)限值,,通過(guò)Stateflow進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),。基于Simulink搭建了8自由度的車(chē)輛動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,,對(duì)彎道制動(dòng)工況進(jìn)行仿真,,通過(guò)控制車(chē)輛的橫擺力矩實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛的差動(dòng)控制。通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),,驗(yàn)證了提出的制動(dòng)防抱死系統(tǒng)控制邏輯的合理性,,對(duì)后續(xù)的線(xiàn)控制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Research on control logic of anti-lock braking system of pure electric smart car

Abstract: Brake-by-wire technology is one of the key technologies of pure electric smart cars. In order to improve the safety and stability of automobile braking, it is necessary to study the control logic of the anti-lock braking system of a pure electric smart car. Before the implementation of this program, a reasonable logic threshold is set for simulation experiments. In this paper, a vehicle dynamics model with 8 degrees of freedom is built based on Simulink to simulate the braking conditions in a curve, and the differential control of the vehicle is realized by controlling the yaw moment of the vehicle. Through simulation experiments, the rationality of the proposed anti-lock braking system control logic is verified, which has guiding significance for the subsequent research and development of brake-by-wire systems.

0 引言

    汽車(chē)未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是電動(dòng)化,、智能化,、共享化以及網(wǎng)聯(lián)化。智能汽車(chē)需要感知,、控制決策,、執(zhí)行等相關(guān)技術(shù)匹配,新型智能線(xiàn)控底盤(pán)是智能汽車(chē)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。線(xiàn)控制動(dòng)(Brake-by-Wire)技術(shù)是智能線(xiàn)控底盤(pán)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),,包含傳統(tǒng)制動(dòng)技術(shù),,基于動(dòng)力學(xué)、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué),、電控等多學(xué)科融合技術(shù),,技術(shù)壁壘較高[1]。由于傳統(tǒng)的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)不能實(shí)現(xiàn)自主制動(dòng),,無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足智能電動(dòng)汽車(chē)對(duì)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的智能電動(dòng)化要求,,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)制動(dòng)壓力的快速精確控制,為此本文在傳統(tǒng)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行改造來(lái)滿(mǎn)足智能電動(dòng)汽車(chē)對(duì)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的需求[2],。
