基于FreeRTOS的嵌入式智能騎行臺(tái)

摘要: 為了解決傳統(tǒng)的非智能騎行臺(tái)功能單一,不能與騎行臺(tái)客戶端進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互,,且阻力調(diào)節(jié)不均勻,,騎行體驗(yàn)一般等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了基于FreeRTOS實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)的嵌入式智能騎行臺(tái),。騎行阻力的設(shè)計(jì)方案選用磁阻式,,目的在于降低噪聲,提高騎行體驗(yàn),。硬件電路方面根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的功能需要設(shè)計(jì)了主控模塊,、電源模塊,、速度測(cè)算模塊以及磁阻控制模塊。程序設(shè)計(jì)部分包括藍(lán)牙通信,、ANT+通信,、速度計(jì)算、功率擬合,、休眠與喚醒以及磁阻控制等功能程序,。最后,制作實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置對(duì)系統(tǒng)的無(wú)線通信功能,、擋位控制功能,、騎行臺(tái)客戶端適配功能等進(jìn)行測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,測(cè)試效果良好,,系統(tǒng)具有較好的實(shí)時(shí)性和較高的可靠性,滿足預(yù)設(shè)的功能需求,。

Embedded intelligent riding platform based on FreeRTOS

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the traditional non-intelligent cycling platform with single function, no data interaction with the cycling platform client, uneven resistance adjustment, general riding experience, an embedded intelligent riding platform based on FreeRTOS real-time operating system is designed. The design scheme of riding resistance selects the magnetoresistive type, which aims to reduce the noise and improve the riding experience. In terms of hardware circuit, the main control module, power supply module, speed measurement module and magnetoresistance control module are designed according to the functional needs of the system. The program design part includes Bluetooth communication, ANT+ communication, speed calculation, power fitting, sleep and wake-up, and magnetoresistance control. Finally, an experimental device is made to test the wireless communication function, gear control function, and client adaptation function of the riding platform. The experimental results show that, the system has good real-time performance and high reliability, which can meet the preset functional requirements.

0 引言

    室內(nèi)騎行[1]運(yùn)動(dòng)作為一項(xiàng)常規(guī)的室內(nèi)健身活動(dòng),,配合使用騎行臺(tái),可滿足人們對(duì)于日常自行車(chē)騎行運(yùn)動(dòng)的需要。

    騎行臺(tái)是一種附帶阻尼系統(tǒng)的騎行訓(xùn)練設(shè)備,,可將室外的騎行運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)移到室內(nèi)進(jìn)行,,通過(guò)騎行者消耗自身的體力來(lái)達(dá)到健身的目的,是一種常規(guī)的有氧健身器材?,F(xiàn)在市面上的騎行臺(tái),,根據(jù)智能程度可分為智能型騎行臺(tái)和非智能型騎行臺(tái);按照阻尼系統(tǒng)的劃分,,可分為重力阻式騎行臺(tái),、磁阻式騎行臺(tái)、風(fēng)阻式騎行臺(tái)以及液阻式騎行臺(tái)[2]等,。

    因?yàn)閲?guó)外自行車(chē)運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及,、參與程度高,所以誕生了一大批家喻戶曉的騎行臺(tái)品牌,,如德國(guó)品牌Elite、美國(guó)品牌Kinetic,、荷蘭品牌Tacx等,。國(guó)外主要有滾筒式騎行臺(tái)、液阻式騎行臺(tái),、磁阻式騎行臺(tái)等種類(lèi),。比如Tacx的Galaxia-T1100[3]滾筒式騎行臺(tái),Cycleops的Fuild 2[4]液阻式騎行臺(tái)等,。

    和國(guó)外相比較,,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)騎行臺(tái)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)起步比較晚,目前有青島邁金,、杭州優(yōu)趣體育等少數(shù)公司在推出自己的騎行臺(tái)產(chǎn)品,。例如,邁金的 T300[5]直驅(qū)式磁阻騎行臺(tái),,優(yōu)趣體育的U5 SMART[6]智能騎行臺(tái)等,。
