基于多主體博弈的配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度方法

摘要: 考慮到用戶需求在一定程度上會影響配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度效果,為此,,提出了基于多主體博弈的配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度方法,。由于配電網(wǎng)在運(yùn)行過程中電能負(fù)荷的波動(dòng)性,分析了配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷變化情景,,通過短時(shí)間的交互作用,,緩解配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的壓力,分析了配電網(wǎng)的源荷特性,;在考慮差異值變化的前提下,,基于多主體博弈建立以最低運(yùn)行成本為目標(biāo)的配電網(wǎng)源荷智能優(yōu)化目標(biāo)函數(shù);根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)日前調(diào)度模型,、配電網(wǎng)日內(nèi)2 h調(diào)度模型和配電網(wǎng)日內(nèi)15 min調(diào)度模型,,構(gòu)建了配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷調(diào)度模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷調(diào)度,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,所提方法在不同策略和場景下都具有更好的調(diào)度效果,適合廣泛推廣使用,。

Abstract: Considering that the user demand will affect the effect of multi-time scale source load intelligent dispatching in distribution network to a certain extent, a multi-agent game based multi-time scale source load intelligent dispatching method is proposed. Due to the fluctuation of power load in the operation process of distribution network, this paper analyzes the multi time scale source load variation scenarios of distribution network, alleviates the pressure of distribution network operation through short-term interaction, and analyzes the source load characteristics of distribution network. Based on multi-agent game, an intelligent optimization objective function of distribution network is built based on multi-agent game. Based on the daily dispatching model of distribution network, the daily 2 h scheduling model of distribution network and the daily 15 min scheduling model of distribution network, a multi time scale source load scheduling model of distribution network is constructed, and the scheduling of multi time scale source load of distribution network is realized. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better scheduling effect in different strategies and scenarios, and is suitable for wide application.

0 引言

    目前,,電能的大規(guī)模儲蓄仍是未解決的難題,要保證配電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,,就必須保證配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)電和負(fù)荷始終處于平衡狀態(tài),,傳統(tǒng)的調(diào)度方法已經(jīng)不能滿足如今超負(fù)荷的配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行[1],這一問題引起了相關(guān)學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注,。

    張亞超等人[2]針對風(fēng)電出力的配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的不穩(wěn)定性,,提出了基于風(fēng)電波動(dòng)的源荷智能調(diào)度方法。對于風(fēng)電出力的配電網(wǎng)的風(fēng)電消納作用,,提出了基于風(fēng)電波動(dòng)的源荷智能調(diào)度模式,,在此基礎(chǔ)上,以降低配電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行成本為目標(biāo),,構(gòu)建配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間多尺度荷智能調(diào)度模型,,綜合日前調(diào)度與實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度,通過統(tǒng)籌配合實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)的智能優(yōu)化,,再利用小波函數(shù)求解,驗(yàn)證基于風(fēng)電波動(dòng)的源荷智能調(diào)度方法的合理性,。李愷等人[3]針對工業(yè)園電源負(fù)荷高等問題,,提出了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度方法,建立配電網(wǎng)源荷一體化工業(yè)園物聯(lián)網(wǎng)調(diào)度系統(tǒng),,基于物理信息構(gòu)建工業(yè)園的智能調(diào)度機(jī)制,,提出了基于配電網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)強(qiáng)化的調(diào)度策略,。通過對該調(diào)度方式的實(shí)踐,實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)園配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的智能調(diào)度,,以此促進(jìn)工業(yè)園配電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)的配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度方法可有效解決供電園區(qū)能力不足等問題,。

    但是上述調(diào)度方法存在運(yùn)行成本高和發(fā)電容量低等問題,。為此本文基于多主體博弈,提出了配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度方法,,以期為促進(jìn)配電網(wǎng)的高效運(yùn)行提供有力的理論依據(jù),。所謂的多主體博弈,是指以配電網(wǎng)為主體的直接相互作用的均衡決策[4],。根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,,可以將多主體博弈分為多主體博弈和激勵(lì)性多主體博弈,兩種多主體博弈資源是根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)用戶自主決定的,,利用多主體博弈,,對配電網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度源荷智能調(diào)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)電源,、電能負(fù)荷和配電網(wǎng)三者之間均衡地交互作用,,實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行成本最低和發(fā)電容量利用率更高的配電網(wǎng)調(diào)度[5]。因此,,利用多主體博弈有利于提高配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和安全性,。
