新拓撲超低壓大電流開關(guān)電源的研究與實現(xiàn)

摘要: 集成電路構(gòu)成的信息化系統(tǒng)功耗不斷增加,能耗巨大,,超低壓供電的低功耗集成電路芯片的出現(xiàn)降低了系統(tǒng)能耗,,除此之外許多特種行業(yè)也需要超低壓大電流電源。為適應這些負載的需求,,超低壓大電流開關(guān)電源得到了快速發(fā)展,,在該領(lǐng)域國內(nèi)與國外相比存在較大的差距,有必要設(shè)計自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的高性能低壓大電流電源,。對新拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)超低壓大電流電源進行了仿真分析和實物測試,,設(shè)計的低壓大電流開關(guān)電源實現(xiàn)了1 V/35 A,0.7 V/20 A的指標,,在實現(xiàn)更低電壓和更大電流指標上有顯著改善提高,,而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,,但是效率和紋波指標不高,還有待提升,。

Abstract: The power consumption of information system composed of integrated circuits is increasing, and the energy consumption is huge. The emergence of low-power integrated circuit chips with ultra-low voltage power supply reduces the system energy consumption. In addition, many special industries also need ultra-low voltage and large current power supply. In order to meet the needs of these loads, ultra-low voltage and large current switching power supply has been developed rapidly. There is a big gap between China and foreign countries in this field. It is necessary to design high performance low voltage and large current power supply with independent intellectual property rights. In this paper, the simulation analysis and physical test of ultra-low voltage and high current power supply with the new topology are carried out. The designed low voltage and large current switching power supply achieves 1 V/35 A, 0.7 V/20 A indicators, and has significant improvement in achieving lower voltage and larger current indicators. Moreover, the structure is simple, but the efficiency and ripple indicators are not high, which need to be improved.

0 引言

    為應對不斷增長且復雜程度越來越高的實時計算和通信需求,,許多電路系統(tǒng)選用大量高功率,、高頻率可編程邏輯處理器(FPGA)、中央處理器(CPU),、數(shù)字信號處理器(DSP),、存儲器等相關(guān)集成電路(IC)[1-3]構(gòu)成的計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務器,、信息化工作站,、便攜式設(shè)備等[4]構(gòu)成的信息化系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)功耗不斷增加,,能耗巨大,,限制了這類大型系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。要想降低整個系統(tǒng)能耗,,方法是將集成電路芯片的工作電壓設(shè)計得很低,,所以現(xiàn)在集成電路芯片的工作電壓越來越低,。除此之外在許多特種行業(yè),比如電磁泵的驅(qū)動電源,,金屬冶金,、化學電解中的電解電源,弧焊或切割的電源等迫切需要低壓大電流電源,,提高工作性能,,降低生產(chǎn)能耗。為適應這些負載的需求,,低壓大電流開關(guān)電源得到了發(fā)展,。國外在低壓大電流電源領(lǐng)域發(fā)展較快,,早期的低壓大電流開關(guān)電源研究試驗測試數(shù)據(jù)為直流12 V輸入,,輸出1.2 V/50 A[5-6],近幾年實現(xiàn)了直流12 V輸入,,輸出1.8 V/120 A[7],;國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)啟動較晚,相關(guān)研究資料較為領(lǐng)先的實測數(shù)據(jù)為直流36 V輸入,,輸出1 V/30 A[8]?,F(xiàn)有低壓大電流開關(guān)電源產(chǎn)品中,國外Cosel公司的SFS30481R2模塊和ROAL Electronics公司的DC-DC模塊RDS50-48S1V2在輸入電壓36 V的情況下實現(xiàn)輸出電壓低至1.2 V,,輸出電流分別為3.5 A和25 A,。國內(nèi)弗來翔電子DC-DC模塊HMW7512S05在輸入電壓12 V時,輸出5 V電壓15 A電流,;海凌科電子的AC-DC模塊HLK-5M03和HLK-10M03在輸入電壓110 V時,,輸出3.3 V/1.5 A和輸入電壓36 V輸出3.3 V/3 A??梢钥闯龅蛪捍箅娏麟娫搭I(lǐng)域國內(nèi)與國外相比存在較大的差距,,有必要設(shè)計自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的高性能低壓大電流電源[9],進一步降低電源輸出電壓,,提高電源輸出電流,。本文對新拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)低壓大電流電源進行了仿真分析和實物測試,設(shè)計的低壓大電流電源電路實現(xiàn)了1 V/35 A,,0.7 V/20 A的指標,,在實現(xiàn)更低電壓和更大電流指標上有顯著改善提高,而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,,但是效率指標不高,,還有待提升。
