基于FPGA的大功率壓電陶瓷數(shù)字驅(qū)動電源設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 目前疊堆型壓電陶瓷最高能夠產(chǎn)生70 kN的推力,,且具有納米級的精密定位。為提高壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源的輸出性能和精確度,,提出了一種基于FPGA的大功率高精度壓電陶瓷數(shù)字驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計(jì),,具有100倍固定輸出增益。該驅(qū)動電源以FPGA作為控制核心,,采用半橋逆變的電路拓?fù)?,同時引入閉環(huán)控制調(diào)節(jié)輸出電壓。在等效電容為5 μF的壓電陶瓷負(fù)載下,,該驅(qū)動電源的輸入帶寬為10 Hz~800 Hz,,輸出功率可達(dá)1 kW,電壓紋波小于30 mV,,輸出精度高達(dá)99.3%,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該驅(qū)動電源可應(yīng)用于振動臺、六足控制平臺等疊堆型壓電陶瓷應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中,,具有良好的驅(qū)動性能,。

Design of high power piezoelectric ceramic digital drive power based on FPGA

Abstract: At present, the stacked piezoelectric ceramics can generate a thrust of up to 70 kN, and have nanometer-level precision positioning. In order to improve the output performance and accuracy of piezoelectric ceramic drive power, a design of high-power and high-precision piezoelectric ceramic digital drive power based on FPGA is proposed, which has a fixed output gain of 100 times. The driving power supply uses FPGA as the control core, adopts a half-bridge inverter circuit topology, and introduces closed-loop control to adjust the output voltage. Under a piezoelectric ceramic load with an equivalent capacitance of 5 μF, the input bandwidth of the drive power supply is 10 Hz~800 Hz, the output power can reach 1 kW, the voltage ripple is less than 30 mV, and the output accuracy is as high as 99.3%. The experimental results show that the driving power supply can be used in the application fields of stacked piezoelectric ceramics such as vibrating table and hexapod control platform, and has good driving performance.

0 引言

    隨著國內(nèi)科技的迅速發(fā)展,,國內(nèi)大部分領(lǐng)域?qū)Υ笸屏Α?a class="innerlink" href="http://forexkbc.com/tags/高精度" target="_blank">高精度的位移裝置產(chǎn)生了迫切的需求,。壓電陶瓷具有逆壓電效應(yīng)的特性,而壓電陶瓷疊堆由多片壓電陶瓷組成,,它們在機(jī)械上串聯(lián),在電路上并聯(lián),,總推力相當(dāng)于所有陶瓷片推力的總和[1],。疊堆型壓電陶瓷具有體積小、響應(yīng)速度快,、推力大,、精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用[2]

    壓電陶瓷的使用離不開驅(qū)動電源,,而壓電陶瓷的工作性能大部分由驅(qū)動電源的性能好壞決定,,因此對壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源有了更高的要求。目前壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源主要分為電荷驅(qū)動型和電壓驅(qū)動型兩類[3],,電荷型的驅(qū)動方式存在低頻穩(wěn)定性差,,靜態(tài)工作下具有電荷泄露大、非線性,、零點(diǎn)漂移嚴(yán)重的缺點(diǎn),;電壓型的驅(qū)動方式結(jié)構(gòu)電路簡單、可靠性高,、紋波小,,在靜態(tài)、低頻應(yīng)用中得到普遍的應(yīng)用[4],。

    因此本文在電壓型半橋逆變拓?fù)?sup>[5]的基礎(chǔ)上,,基于FPGA設(shè)計(jì)了一款數(shù)字控制的大功率、高精度,、低紋波的壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動電源,。
