智能牽引變電所網(wǎng)絡(luò)化自投功能研究與應(yīng)用

摘要: 針對(duì)電氣化鐵路智能牽引變電所發(fā)生進(jìn)線電源失壓或牽引變壓器故障,備用進(jìn)線電源與備用牽引變壓器自動(dòng)投入問(wèn)題,,提出了基于GOOSE與SMV的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化自投方案,。將自投程序固化至2臺(tái)既有主變測(cè)控裝置,裝置與裝置之間,、裝置與智能組件之間通過(guò)GOOSE信號(hào)傳遞閉鎖信號(hào),、開(kāi)關(guān)分合閘信號(hào)或開(kāi)關(guān)位置信號(hào);合并單元通過(guò)SMV向裝置傳遞電壓,、電流等模擬量,。運(yùn)行牽引變壓器側(cè)的主變測(cè)控裝置作為自投的主用裝置,另一臺(tái)主變測(cè)控裝置作為自投備用裝置,,確保自投功能順利實(shí)現(xiàn)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性與正確性,。

Research and application of networked auto switch function of intelligent traction substation

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of auto switch of emergency incoming power supply and standby traction transformer in the intelligent traction substation of electrified railway due to voltage loss of incoming power supply or fault of traction transformer, a networked auto switch scheme based on Goose and SMV is proposed. The auto switch program is solidified to two existing traction transformer measurement and control devices. Locking signal, switch opening and closing signal or switch position signal are transmitted between devices and between devices and intelligent components through Goose. The merging unit transmits analog quantities such as voltage and current to the device through SMV. The traction transformer measurement and control device at the side of the running traction transformer is used as the main device for auto switch, and the other traction transformer measurement and control device is used as the standby device to ensure the successful accomplishment of auto switch function. The field test results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the method.

0 引言

    近年來(lái),,我國(guó)高速鐵路建設(shè)取得了巨大成就,,人們對(duì)高速鐵路的發(fā)展也提出了更高的要求。高速鐵路一般為電氣化鐵路,,電氣化鐵路的牽引供電系統(tǒng)主要由牽引變電所與牽引網(wǎng)兩部分組成,,一旦發(fā)生故障,會(huì)中斷對(duì)機(jī)車供電,,動(dòng)車組失去動(dòng)力來(lái)源,,停止運(yùn)行,造成乘客滯留,,嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂正常的運(yùn)輸秩序[1-3],。因此,作為牽引供電系統(tǒng)核心部分的牽引變電所,,其繼電保護(hù)的配置必須合理,、規(guī)范和準(zhǔn)確。保護(hù)的可靠性關(guān)系到牽引供電系統(tǒng)的安全,,將直接影響電氣化鐵路的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,。

    牽引變電所內(nèi)設(shè)置有一主一備2臺(tái)牽引變壓器以及對(duì)應(yīng)的2路進(jìn)線電源,采用2臺(tái)主變測(cè)控裝置分別采集進(jìn)線電源的電壓,、電流及對(duì)應(yīng)進(jìn)線的隔離開(kāi)關(guān),、斷路器等開(kāi)關(guān)量,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)相應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)的控制分合閘,,需要采用大量的二次電纜實(shí)現(xiàn)硬線連接,。同時(shí),傳統(tǒng)的綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在發(fā)生進(jìn)線失壓或牽引變壓器故障時(shí),,通過(guò)設(shè)置自投裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)線或牽引變壓器的自動(dòng)投切,,投入備用進(jìn)線或牽引變壓器,,保證牽引變電所的安全供電,。自投裝置同樣需要采用大量的二次電纜,,采集開(kāi)關(guān)量、電氣量,、保護(hù)動(dòng)作信號(hào)等,,進(jìn)行邏輯編程,控制分合與自投相關(guān)的開(kāi)關(guān),,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)備用電源及牽引變壓器自動(dòng)投切功能,,但大量的二次電纜容易造成接線錯(cuò)誤,導(dǎo)致裝置誤動(dòng)或拒動(dòng)[4-5],。
