CNI系統(tǒng)L波段接收機(jī)射頻前端綜合化設(shè)計(jì)方案探討

摘要: 針對(duì)通信導(dǎo)航識(shí)別系統(tǒng)(Communiction,,Navigation and Identification,,CNI)中L波段多功能射頻綜合化的需求,,對(duì)L波段接收機(jī)射頻前端電路進(jìn)行綜合化設(shè)計(jì),。通過(guò)分析CNI中航管,、塔康,、精密測(cè)距等L波段功能對(duì)接收機(jī)的性能需求,,結(jié)合接收機(jī)主要工作原理和技術(shù)指標(biāo)選取二次變頻超外差接收機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,,并對(duì)接收機(jī)射頻前端下變頻電路和中頻電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),,通過(guò)復(fù)用前級(jí)下變頻電路,在中頻放大電路中分功能處理實(shí)現(xiàn)射頻前端綜合化設(shè)計(jì)。計(jì)算了兩種放大模式下各級(jí)器件的增益,、噪聲系數(shù)等指標(biāo),,結(jié)論表明各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足功能設(shè)計(jì)需求,該射頻前端綜合化設(shè)計(jì)方案可以滿足CNI系統(tǒng)L波段接收機(jī)射頻綜合化需求,。

Discussion on integrated design scheme of RF front-end for CNI L-band receiver

Abstract: In this paper, according to the needs of L-band multi-function RF integration of CNI, the integrated design of the L-band receiver RF front-end circuit is carried out.By analyzing the performance requirements of L-band functions such as ATC,TACAN and DMEP on the receiver, combined with the main working principle and technical indicators of the receiver, the structure of the dual-conversion superheterodyne receiver is selected as the implementation scheme.The RF front-end down-conversion circuit and IF circuit of the receiver are designed, and the integrated design of the RF front-end is realized by multiplexing the down-conversion circuit and dividing the functions in the IF circuit.The gain, noise figure and other indicators of the devices at all levels under the two amplification modes are calculated. The conclusion shows that the indicators meet the design requirements of the functions,and the RF front-end integrated design scheme in this paper can meet the RF integration requirements of the CNI system L-band receiver.

0 引言

    通信導(dǎo)航識(shí)別系統(tǒng)(Communiction,,Navigation and Identification,,CNI)是一種采用綜合化設(shè)計(jì)方案的多功能航電設(shè)備,主要完成載機(jī)與地面的話音及數(shù)據(jù)通信,、無(wú)線電導(dǎo)航,、精密測(cè)距、航管及監(jiān)視識(shí)別等功能[1],。由于CNI集成功能較多,,如果為每個(gè)功能單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)射頻信道,系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)勢(shì)必會(huì)過(guò)度冗余,,超額的重量,、功耗是載機(jī)無(wú)法接受的。因此,,為了滿足CNI系統(tǒng)高集成度需求,在設(shè)計(jì)射頻信道時(shí)需要從頂層設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),,以相近頻段的功能需求為基礎(chǔ),,根據(jù)各功能信號(hào)的工作頻段、信號(hào)帶寬,、接收靈敏度,、動(dòng)態(tài)范圍等特征進(jìn)行綜合化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)射頻信道多功能通用化,,優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)硬件架構(gòu),,減少系統(tǒng)重量和功耗。同時(shí),綜合化設(shè)計(jì)后射頻信道可在系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)配置下支持多功能重構(gòu),,提高功能任務(wù)可靠性和系統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)能力[2],。本文以航管、塔康,、精密測(cè)距3個(gè)功能為例,,對(duì)CNI中L波段接收機(jī)射頻前端綜合化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究和討論。
