基于故障樹的復(fù)雜航天系統(tǒng)故障預(yù)測方法

摘要: 針對航天數(shù)據(jù)處理中心運控管理系統(tǒng)長期不間斷高可靠運行要求,,采用了基于規(guī)則和故障樹分析的故障預(yù)測方法,,設(shè)計了航天數(shù)據(jù)處理中心運控管理系統(tǒng)的故障預(yù)測分系統(tǒng)。首先提出了航天數(shù)據(jù)處理中心軟硬件故障診斷分系統(tǒng)架構(gòu);其次設(shè)計了可視化故障樹和規(guī)則相結(jié)合的推理方法,,實現(xiàn)了基于故障樹和規(guī)則的系統(tǒng)故障診斷;然后在故障診斷的基礎(chǔ)上,,通過趨勢預(yù)測方法的歷史數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)合人工手段,選擇預(yù)測方法進行故障預(yù)測,;最后通過預(yù)測結(jié)果與實測數(shù)據(jù)比對,,驗證了方法的可用性和有效性,并通過系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,,有效地提前避免了系統(tǒng)故障的出現(xiàn),。

Abstract: The space data processing center should be on-line running without stop in highly reliability and availability, so this paper presents a fault prediction method based on rule and fault tree, and designs the fault prediction system for processing management system of space data processing center. Firstly, the architecture of fault detection is designed for software and hardware of the space data processing center. Secondly, the derivation method is presented based on fault tree and rule of visualization to realize the fault function of the processing management system. Then, based on the fault detection, the fault prediction method is proposed using auto-selection method and artificial method, after the learning method is used between prediction result and historical data. At last, the application of the system is realized with the using of the method presented in this paper. On the comparison of the prediction result with the real data, the method of this paper is proved effective and efficient.

0 引言

    隨著我國航天工業(yè)尤其是商業(yè)航天的快速發(fā)展,我國在軌航天器數(shù)量迅猛增長,。面向航天器高可靠控制管理要求,,航天地面數(shù)據(jù)中心也出現(xiàn)了長期不停、多代并行,、功能多樣,、系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜等特點。面向不斷擴大的地面系統(tǒng),,穩(wěn)定運行和高效運維是航天地面數(shù)據(jù)處理中心系統(tǒng)的首要要求,,不同格式的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸異常、進程異常退出等應(yīng)用軟件問題,,以及服務(wù)器宕機,、CPU異常、磁盤故障,、風(fēng)扇損壞等底層硬件故障,,都是嚴重影響系統(tǒng)運行的嚴重故障,會嚴重影響航天地面數(shù)據(jù)處理中心的正常運行,,甚至影響航天器在軌應(yīng)用,。為了實現(xiàn)這種復(fù)雜航天地面數(shù)據(jù)處理中心故障提前發(fā)現(xiàn),爭取時間解決故障,,本文提出了一種基于規(guī)則和故障樹的軟硬件系統(tǒng)故障預(yù)測方法,并在航天數(shù)據(jù)處理中心系統(tǒng)進行了驗證和應(yīng)用,,結(jié)果能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對故障的預(yù)測,,更好地保障了航天數(shù)據(jù)處理中心系統(tǒng)連續(xù)運行的高可靠性[1-2]和高可用性[3]
