摘要: 作為一門(mén)伴隨計(jì)算方法在法學(xué)中的深入應(yīng)用而產(chǎn)生的新興交叉學(xué)科,,計(jì)算法學(xué)對(duì)于發(fā)現(xiàn)法律系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行規(guī)律,、豐富法學(xué)研究方法、構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治基礎(chǔ)至關(guān)重要,。“計(jì)算法學(xué)”從興起以來(lái)便得到了各大高校,、科研機(jī)構(gòu)的廣泛關(guān)注,,并已涌現(xiàn)出諸多成果。計(jì)算法學(xué)在我國(guó)的理論研究與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用仍有探索空間,,其概念體系需要得到更好的建構(gòu),,計(jì)算法學(xué)研究方法、計(jì)算法學(xué)的未來(lái)發(fā)展亦需匯聚更多共識(shí),。展望未來(lái),,構(gòu)建計(jì)算法學(xué)知識(shí)體系、創(chuàng)新計(jì)算法學(xué)研究工具,、探索計(jì)算法學(xué)新興問(wèn)題,、培養(yǎng)計(jì)算法學(xué)復(fù)合型人才,將是計(jì)算法學(xué)學(xué)科不斷建立健全的必由之路,。

Systematic reflections and future perspectives on computational law science

Abstract: As a new interdisciplinary discipline that emerged from the indepth application of computational methods in law, computational law science is crucial to discovering the laws of legal systems, enriching legal research methods and building the foundation of the rule of law on the Internet. Since its emergence, computational law science has received widespread attention from universities and research institutions, and many achievements have emerged. There is still room for exploring the theoretical research and practical application of computational law science in China, and its conceptual system needs to be better constructed, and more consensus needs to be gathered on the research methods and future development of computational law science. It is a task that needs to be accomplished by researchers in computational law science, based on the present, gathering consensus and looking to the future.

近年來(lái),“計(jì)算法學(xué)”漸已成為法學(xué)研究的高頻詞匯,?;仡欉^(guò)往,若干法學(xué)院校已經(jīng)在不同層次開(kāi)設(shè)了計(jì)算法學(xué)課程,,部分院校在計(jì)算法學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng),;學(xué)術(shù)期刊已刊載了代表性的文章探討計(jì)算法學(xué)的概念、內(nèi)涵及相應(yīng)發(fā)展,;多校共同發(fā)起中國(guó)計(jì)算法學(xué)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟,;中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)協(xié)會(huì)(CCF)也成立了計(jì)算法學(xué)行業(yè)分會(huì)以促進(jìn)計(jì)算法學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展。前述各類(lèi)成果,,預(yù)示著計(jì)算法學(xué)正在興起,。
