基于狀態(tài)任務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的水泥生產(chǎn)流程分析*

摘要: 我國當(dāng)前工業(yè)用電價格在一天中存在波峰電價和波谷電價時段,,而水泥生產(chǎn)具備耗電高的特點(diǎn),對水泥生產(chǎn)安排進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,,可以提升生產(chǎn)設(shè)備利用率,,同時利用優(yōu)化結(jié)果對其生產(chǎn)可調(diào)節(jié)能力進(jìn)行研究,使得生產(chǎn)可以根據(jù)峰谷電價對可調(diào)節(jié)部分進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),,達(dá)到節(jié)約成本及降低電網(wǎng)負(fù)載的目的,。該研究利用任務(wù)狀態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò),在考慮用電安全約束條件的前提下對帶倉儲過程及不帶倉儲過程的水泥生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行建模,,通過求解對應(yīng)混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃模型得到最優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)安排,,從中得出帶倉儲過程的水泥生產(chǎn)流程可以提供更多的生產(chǎn)調(diào)節(jié)能力的結(jié)論。

Abstract: The current industrial electricity prices in China have peak and trough periods in a day, and cement production is characterized by high electricity consumption. The optimization of cement production arrangements can improve the utilization rate of production equipment and use the optimization results to study the production regulation capacity, so that the production can be adjusted according to the peak and trough electricity prices to achieve cost savings and reduce the load on the power grid. The study uses state task network to model the cement production process with and without storage process, taking into account electrical safety constraints, and obtains the optimal production arrangement by solving the corresponding mixed integer linear programming model, from which it is concluded that the cement production process with storage process can provide more production regulation capability.

0 引言

水泥作為基本的建筑材料,,具備需求量大的特點(diǎn),在2021年及2022年,,水泥產(chǎn)量分別達(dá)到23.63億噸及21.18億噸[1],。同時水泥行業(yè)是一類高耗能的產(chǎn)業(yè)類型,水泥熟料能效基準(zhǔn)水平為117千克標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤/噸[2],,按照電熱當(dāng)量計(jì)算法,,截至2020年底,水泥行業(yè)能效低于基準(zhǔn)水平的產(chǎn)能約占24%,,根據(jù)前文的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行估算,,約有超過5億噸的水泥產(chǎn)量的生產(chǎn)能力需要進(jìn)行改進(jìn),具備較大的節(jié)能減排改造潛力,。為了對水泥生產(chǎn)耗能進(jìn)行改進(jìn),,除了采用更加先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備之外,也可以通過對現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)安排進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,,取得更為合理的生產(chǎn)安排,,做到在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備運(yùn)行時間不變的情況下提升水泥生產(chǎn)能力,從而減少每噸水泥產(chǎn)量的生產(chǎn)能耗,,達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的[3],,同時還可以提高生產(chǎn)效率,節(jié)約企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,。
