摘要: 為滿(mǎn)足衛(wèi)星批量化生產(chǎn)對(duì)測(cè)試工作提出的需求,,針對(duì)測(cè)試中耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、任務(wù)重的模飛測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié)引入自動(dòng)化測(cè)試的方法,,具體介紹了模飛測(cè)試的基本架構(gòu),,詳細(xì)闡述了模飛自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng),包括測(cè)試任務(wù)自動(dòng)上注,、遙測(cè)自動(dòng)判讀,、數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)接收、圖像自動(dòng)解析四部分,。目前,,模飛自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用到衛(wèi)星的測(cè)試工作中,實(shí)現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)的單顆衛(wèi)星手動(dòng)測(cè)試到多顆衛(wèi)星并行自動(dòng)化測(cè)試的跨越,,從而降低了人力成本,,保證了測(cè)試質(zhì)量,提高了工作效率,。 關(guān)鍵詞:衛(wèi)星測(cè)試,;批產(chǎn)化衛(wèi)星;自動(dòng)化測(cè)試,;并行測(cè)試,;模飛測(cè)試

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of satellite mass production for testing work, an automated testing method is introduced for the time-consuming and heavy task of model flight testing. This article specifically introduces the basic architecture of model flight testing and elaborates on the model flight automated testing system, including four parts: automatic task injection, telemetry automatic interpretation, data automatic reception, and image automatic analysis. At present, the model flight automated testing system has been successfully applied to satellite testing work, achieving a leap from traditional manual testing of a single satellite to parallel automated testing of multiple satellites, thereby reducing labor costs, ensuring testing quality, and improving work efficiency.

0 引言

隨著商業(yè)衛(wèi)星的快速發(fā)展,,對(duì)衛(wèi)星組網(wǎng),,星座建立提出了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,衛(wèi)星制造將從“研制”向“批產(chǎn)”模式邁進(jìn),,這對(duì)衛(wèi)星的測(cè)試工作是全新的挑戰(zhàn),。手動(dòng)發(fā)送遙控指令,判讀遙測(cè)狀態(tài)的測(cè)試方法無(wú)法保障衛(wèi)星的研制周期,,消耗大量時(shí)間,、人力資本,不適用于批產(chǎn)衛(wèi)星的測(cè)試模式,,須探究和開(kāi)發(fā)更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的,、高效的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。針對(duì)批量衛(wèi)星測(cè)試,,相關(guān)研究人員進(jìn)行了衛(wèi)星通用自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)研究[1-4],,以及并行自動(dòng)化測(cè)試軟件設(shè)計(jì)[5-10]。

根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外衛(wèi)星的研制流程,,測(cè)試主要包括桌面聯(lián)試,、模飛測(cè)試、環(huán)境試驗(yàn)等,,貫穿于衛(wèi)星測(cè)試的整個(gè)周期[11],。本文針對(duì)模飛測(cè)試進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,打破現(xiàn)有的1人1星,、發(fā)送指令,、遙測(cè)判讀、執(zhí)行確認(rèn),、記錄結(jié)果,、數(shù)據(jù)接收、手動(dòng)解圖的測(cè)試方法,,全面引入自動(dòng)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)1名測(cè)試人員完成多星并行的模飛測(cè)試,減少人員干預(yù),,提高測(cè)試可靠性以及效率,,縮短測(cè)試周期。
