摘要: 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,、促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步中具有基礎(chǔ)性,、引領(lǐng)性作用,同時(shí)也為行業(yè)發(fā)展研究提供了新的視角,?;趪鴥?nèi)外量子保密通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成果和進(jìn)展,結(jié)合重大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,、關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用的實(shí)踐和新一代ICT技術(shù)的需求,,探討分析了量子通信與ICT體系融合的特征,并發(fā)現(xiàn)量子通信與5G,、云平臺,、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等關(guān)鍵ICT技術(shù)的融合是未來重要發(fā)展趨勢,特別在量子通信與ICT技術(shù)融合實(shí)踐已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)領(lǐng)先于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)展的趨勢下,,急需優(yōu)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)布局,,推動相關(guān)場景應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)量子通信這一未來產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,。

Overview of the integration analysis and standardization trends of quantum communication and ICT systems

Abstract: Standardization plays a fundamental and leading role in supporting industrial development and promoting progress of science and technology. It also provides a new perspective for research in industry development. Based on domestic and international achievements and advancements in quantum secure communication standards and combined with the practical applications of major infrastructure, applications, and the demands of next-generation ICT technologies, this paper explores and analyzes the characteristics of the integration of quantum communication and the ICT system and observes that the integration of quantum communication with key ICT technologies such as 5G, cloud platforms, and the IoT is an important trend for future development. Particularly, as the integration of quantum communication and ICT technologies is progressing ahead of the developments of standardization, there is an urgent need to optimize the layouts of standardization, promote relevant scenario applications, and facilitate the development of quantum communication as a future industry.

2022年10月,,瑞典皇家科學(xué)院將諾貝爾物理學(xué)獎(jiǎng)授予法國物理學(xué)家阿蘭·阿斯佩(Alain Aspect),、美國理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)物理學(xué)家約翰·弗朗西斯·克勞澤(John F. Clauser)和奧地利物理學(xué)家安東·塞林格(Anton Zeilinger),以表彰他們在量子信息科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的開創(chuàng)性工作,,為基于量子信息的新技術(shù)掃清了道路,。正如諾貝爾物理學(xué)獎(jiǎng)科普背景報(bào)告所說,“經(jīng)過多年來的研究和開發(fā),,人們正在利用單個(gè)粒子系統(tǒng)的量子特性來構(gòu)建量子計(jì)算機(jī),,提升測量精度,構(gòu)建量子網(wǎng)絡(luò)并建立安全的量子通信,?!?/p>
