摘要: 針對(duì)3 mm頻段功率合成的需要,基于波導(dǎo)氣密結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了一種8合1放大器,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了W波段瓦級(jí)的功率輸出,。利用硅基芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)了模塊的氣密,創(chuàng)新地解決了W頻段波導(dǎo)的氣密需求,。本合路結(jié)構(gòu)基于波導(dǎo)合路原理,,并對(duì)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了電磁分析。而后使用高頻仿真軟件進(jìn)行了建模,、仿真,,對(duì)比分析仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)物測(cè)試結(jié)果,表明該W頻段基于波導(dǎo)氣密結(jié)構(gòu)的功率合成放大器的指標(biāo)可滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,。

A solid-state power amplifier for W band airtight application

Abstract: In order to meet the power combination requirements of 3 mm band,, a novel 8 in 1 high power amplifier, which works at watt level for W band use,, is proposed. It achieves module airtightness by utilizing silicon based chips,, which is an innovative way for W-band waveguides. The conbiner design is based on the waveguides and the electromagnetic analysis is conducted for the inner structures. High frequency simulating softwares are also used to simulate the power combiner. By comparing the tested results and simulated indicators, this W-band power amplifier based on airtight waveguides can meet all the design requirements.

引言
近年來,W波段功率器件的工藝與技術(shù)取得了空前發(fā)展,,但微波單片功率放大器的輸出功率最大也就是瓦級(jí),。所以采用功率合成技術(shù)將多個(gè)固態(tài)器件的功率進(jìn)行合成輸出,用以滿足整機(jī)通信系統(tǒng)的大功率需求,,是非常直接且有效的解決方法[1-2],。
根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外W波段大功率固體功放的相關(guān)研究,波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)的功率合成器是基于空間傳輸?shù)暮铣杉夹g(shù),,該技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)功率模塊輸出能量的一次性合成[3-4],,此實(shí)現(xiàn)方式具有極小的插入損耗和相對(duì)較高的合成效率,通過調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,,可以改變工作頻段,,并且還具有幅相一致性好和功率容量大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[5-9]。
