摘要: 基于一般的決策和規(guī)劃流程,,提出了一個面向兵棋推演的快速決策框架(Rapid Military Decision Framework,RMDF),,該框架針對異構(gòu)實體模型,通過分層的網(wǎng)格環(huán)境對復(fù)雜推演環(huán)境簡化建模,,將推演實體的作用效果,,簡化為地面,、海上和空中三個網(wǎng)格環(huán)境層次上的作用效果,并以熱圖的形式在網(wǎng)格環(huán)境中顯示,,通過推演實體的核心參數(shù)來確定其性能模型和行為模型,,并基于一致性包算法實現(xiàn)任務(wù)分配,生成備選行動策略,,通過快速仿真實現(xiàn)推演策略的迭代優(yōu)化,,能夠在推演之前或推演期間提供行動方案的快速評估,可以有效地輔助兵棋推演指揮人員進(jìn)行復(fù)雜態(tài)勢下的兵棋推演,。
Research on a rapid military decision-making framework for wargame

Abstract: Based on the general military decision making and planning process, this paper proposes a wargame oriented rapid military decision framework (RMDF) for wargame. Based on the heterogeneous multiple agents Model, RMDF simplifies the complex wargame environment into the lethality rate at the three levels grid environment of ground, sea and air, and display it in the grid environment in the form of a heat map. RMDF determines agent performance model and combat model through the core parameters, and implements task assignment based on the consensus based bundle algorithm, generate, alternative action strategies, and realizes the iterative optimization of the strategy through rapid simulation. RMDF can provide rapid evaluation of the combat plan before or during wargame, which can be a effective assist for commanders in complex wargame situations.
