摘要: 為了提高濕度計(jì)量的工作效率和數(shù)字化安全管理水平,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于Modbus協(xié)議的濕度檢定系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)依托Modbus RTU協(xié)議模式,、精密露點(diǎn)儀數(shù)據(jù)格式和Agilent34401A數(shù)字萬(wàn)用表可編程儀器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)命令協(xié)議,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了濕度發(fā)生器自動(dòng)控制,提高了檢定效率和數(shù)據(jù)安全性,。濕度檢定系統(tǒng)檢定結(jié)果的擴(kuò)展不確定度為1.3%,。采用測(cè)量?jī)x器特性評(píng)定和傳遞比較法對(duì)系統(tǒng)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,測(cè)量結(jié)果均驗(yàn)證通過(guò),,表明系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)化應(yīng)用,。

Abstract: In order to improve humidity measurement efficiency and the digital security management, a humidity verification system based on Modbus protocol is designed. The system achieves automatic control of humidity generators by studying the Modbus RTU protocol mode, precision dew point meter data format, and Agilent34401A programmable instrument standard command protocol. The system improves the verification efficiency and data security. The expanded uncertainty of humidity calibration system calibration results is 1.3%. The system measurement results are validated by using the evaluation of measurement instrument characteristics and transmission comparison method. This indicates that the system measurement data can be used for operational applications.

引言

隨著氣象事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,,全國(guó)已建成三萬(wàn)多個(gè)自動(dòng)氣象站,。濕度是自動(dòng)氣象站常規(guī)觀測(cè)要素,在環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè),、工業(yè)生產(chǎn),、航天軍工、科學(xué)研究和人民生活等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,。氣象與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各領(lǐng)域深度融合,,氣象服務(wù)覆蓋面和綜合效益大幅提升。然而隨著氣象計(jì)量檢定覆蓋面的擴(kuò)大,,濕度傳感器應(yīng)檢數(shù)量逐年增多,,濕度設(shè)備控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集,、結(jié)果處理和證書(shū)形成等都依賴人工手動(dòng)操作,,易出錯(cuò),自動(dòng)化程度差且效率極低,;檢定數(shù)據(jù)分散保存,,難以進(jìn)行有效的管理,數(shù)字信息化差,,檢索困難,,安全性也得不到保證。當(dāng)前濕度測(cè)量和校準(zhǔn)中的難點(diǎn)是濕度是二維變量,,和溫度相互依存,,水以氣體、液體和固體三種形態(tài)的一相,、兩相或三相共存,,過(guò)冷水問(wèn)題造成了露點(diǎn)測(cè)量盲區(qū)。濕度控制系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備是濕度測(cè)量和校準(zhǔn)的核心部分,,目前較先進(jìn)的環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備是高精度和寬量程的雙壓法濕度發(fā)生器,,研發(fā)濕度控制系統(tǒng),,建立上位機(jī)和濕度發(fā)生器的通信是實(shí)現(xiàn)濕度自動(dòng)檢定的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
