Design of a small PLC controller based on domestic MCU and FPGA chips

Abstract: In recent years,domestic small-scale PLC technology has achieved certain development, but the function is relatively simple, without high-speed pulse output and high-speed counting channels, and cannot control electric servo motors and stepper motors. The communication function of the main body is single, which cannot meet the requirements of the field equipment bus, develop a multifunctional small PLC controller based on this current situation. The controller is based on localization MCU chips and FPGA chips, The ontology supports multi-channel digital input and output channels, analog input and output channels, Ethernet communication interface, CAN communication interface, RS485 communication interface, SD card communication interface, module expansion interface, etc. The digital channel supports functions such as frequency measurement, high-speed counting, pulse width modulation, pulse train output/position control, etc, controller can achieve control of electric servo motors and stepper motors, and achieve motion control functions. The module has the characteristics of multiple IO control functions, rich communication interfaces, and small space, which can be flexibly applied in the field of industrial control.
