摘要: 針對5G小基站項(xiàng)目研制需求,,基于5G通信系統(tǒng)的理論研究和3GPP射頻性能指標(biāo)要求,,通過ADS(Advanced Design System)仿真軟件設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一款3.5 GHz頻段的射頻前端。根據(jù)射頻前端整個(gè)開發(fā)流程,,對功率放大器、低噪聲放大器,、射頻開關(guān)、濾波器等關(guān)鍵射頻組件性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)研和評估,,并提出相應(yīng)的方案原理圖設(shè)計(jì),、方案系統(tǒng)鏈路仿真以及板端測試指標(biāo)的優(yōu)化等思路,,最終通過板端性能指標(biāo)的實(shí)際測試,,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)均滿足技術(shù)要求,。

Abstract: Aiming at the development requirements of 5G small base station project, based on the theoretical research of 5G communication system and the requirements of 3GPP RF performance indicators, a 3.5 GHz RF front-end is designed and developed by Advanced Design System(ADS)simulation software. According to the whole development process of RF front-end, this paper conducts in-depth research and evaluation on the performance parameters of key RF components such as power amplifier, low noise amplifier, RF switch and filter, and puts forward the corresponding schematic design, system link simulation and optimization of board and end test indicators. Finally, the actual test of board and end performance indicators is passed. All the index data meet the technical requirements.

引言

隨著5G通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,,小基站作為宏基站的補(bǔ)充,,能夠起到弱信號和盲區(qū)內(nèi)的深度覆蓋和增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的重要作用,。除室內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署,,也可滿足室外非連續(xù)性覆蓋的熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域以及垂直行業(yè)的應(yīng)用場景,,如礦山礦井,、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、倉儲(chǔ)物流等[1],。射頻前端(RF Front-End, RFFE)作為5G小基站的核心組件,,在無線通信環(huán)節(jié)中主要起到接收和發(fā)射信號的作用,,其性能和設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化對整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能和穩(wěn)定性至關(guān)重要。當(dāng)前,,射頻前端技術(shù)面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),,如高頻段、高帶寬,、低功耗,、小型化等,,需要不斷進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和研發(fā),以滿足不斷增長的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率,、頻譜效率和設(shè)備便攜性等要求,。本文根據(jù)5G小基站項(xiàng)目開發(fā)需求,針對相應(yīng)的射頻前端進(jìn)行了方案設(shè)計(jì),、系統(tǒng)仿真以及產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)化等工作,,研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出一款低成本、高性能的3.5 GHz頻段時(shí)分雙工(Time Division Duplexing,TDD)射頻前端。
