某型接收機中放大器自激機理分析與預(yù)防措施

摘要: 對某型接收機中頻噪底升高故障進行了分析處理,分析結(jié)果表明射頻模塊腔體內(nèi)存在個體差異,,導(dǎo)致本振放大器在脈沖工作條件下產(chǎn)生自激,,通過對放大器自激機理的分析給出了相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,,在射頻小盒側(cè)壁中粘貼吸波材料,可以有效消除自激。論文對今后腔體自激問題的處理分析具有參考價值。

Abstract: The fault of higher level of IF-Noise was successfully handled for a receiver. The result shows that individual differences exist within the RF module cavity. It causes the self-excited oscillation of the local oscillator amplifier in pulsed mode. Preventive measures are given after analysis of the mechanism.Attach wave-absorbing materials to the sidewalls of the RF box can effectively eliminate self-excited oscillation.This article has value for the analysis and treatment of cavity self-excited oscillation in the future.

引言

近年來,,國內(nèi)毫米波技術(shù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展迅速,。微波毫米波收發(fā)組件是雷達通信、衛(wèi)星通信等系統(tǒng)中最為關(guān)鍵的組成部分,,而放大器一般處于系統(tǒng)中的核心位置,,其性能和穩(wěn)定性對整個系統(tǒng)有著極為關(guān)鍵的影響[1-2]。放大器的穩(wěn)定性是指其在環(huán)境(溫度,、信號頻率,、源、負載及腔體等)變化的情況下保持正常工作的能力。當(dāng)放大器處于不穩(wěn)定的工作狀態(tài)下,,即出現(xiàn)自激現(xiàn)象時,,其產(chǎn)生的信號會干擾主信號的接收和發(fā)射,從而影響整個通信系統(tǒng)的性能[3-5],。本文結(jié)合某型接收機中頻噪底升高的故障處理過程,,包括故障確認過程、故障定位過程,、故障處理方法以及最后的舉一反三,,對放大器的自激原理進行了深入的分析,并給出了有效避免放大器自激的措施,。
