UPS電源對保護數(shù)據(jù)和機器設(shè)備不受損害有很重要的作用,。因此,,正確使用和維護UPS,就顯得相當(dāng)重要,。其實,,合理地維護和使用UPS,是需要貫穿UPS的整個生命周期的,。為保證其正常運行和延長使用壽命,,在使用與維護中應(yīng)注意以下幾方面:
1.合理選擇安裝位置
一個好的安裝位置非常重要,放置UPS的地方必須具備良好的通風(fēng)效果,,要遠離水,、可燃性氣體和腐蝕劑,環(huán)境溫度保持在0~40℃之間,,若是在低溫下拆裝使用,,可能會有水滴凝結(jié)現(xiàn)象。環(huán)境溫度一旦超過25度,,每升高10度,,電池的壽命就要縮短一半。目前UPS所用的蓄電池一般都是免維護的密封鉛酸電池,,設(shè)計壽命普遍是5年,。
UPS電源不宜側(cè)放,應(yīng)保持進風(fēng)孔與出風(fēng)孔通暢;負(fù)載與UPS電源連接時,,須先關(guān)閉負(fù)載、再接線,然后逐個打開負(fù)載,,嚴(yán)禁將電動,、復(fù)印機等感性負(fù)載接入UPS,以免造成傷害,。將UPS接到專用的帶有過電流保護裝置的插座上時,,所用電源插座應(yīng)接保護地端;無論輸入電源線是否插入市電插座,UPS輸出都可能帶電,。要使UPS無輸出,,須先關(guān)掉開關(guān),再取消市電供應(yīng),。
2.首次充電有技巧
新購置UPS電源后,,要將UPS插入220V市電電網(wǎng)中,充電至少12小時以上,,以確保電池充電充分,。否則,蓄電池的實際可供使用的容量將大大低于蓄電池的標(biāo)稱容量,。若UPS電源長期不用,。應(yīng)每隔2~3個月開機24小時,讓其充電充分,,并讓UPS電源處于逆變器工作狀態(tài)下2~3分鐘,,以保證電池的正常壽命。UPS電源一旦接通市電,,即開始對電池組充電,,持續(xù)按開機鍵1秒以上進行開機,即開啟逆變器,。
3.UPS不可長期閑置
蓄電池的過度放電和蓄電池長期開路閑置不用可使蓄電池的內(nèi)阻增大,,可充、放電性能變壞,。對于長期閑置不用的UPS電源,,在重新開機使用前,讓UPS電源利用機內(nèi)的充電回路充電12小時以后再接負(fù)荷,,對于后備式UPS電源,,最好每隔一個月讓UPS電源處于逆變器狀態(tài)工作2~3分鐘,來激活蓄電池,。此外,,還需要嚴(yán)格控制蓄電池的充電電流不得超過蓄電池允許的最大充電電流。因為過大的充電電流會導(dǎo)致蓄電池的使用壽命縮短,。
4.使用UPS時的開機和關(guān)機順序
正確的開機關(guān)機順序應(yīng)該是先打開UPS給它供電,,然后再打開各個負(fù)載,,這樣可以避免啟動時瞬間的電流沖擊給UPS造成的損害,在關(guān)機時的順序正好相反應(yīng)該先關(guān)閉各個負(fù)載最后關(guān)閉UPS,。在市電中斷由UPS供電時,,應(yīng)該盡快保存好自己的數(shù)據(jù)和資料然后關(guān)閉電腦,否則使用UPS電源進行工作可能會使UPS過量放電,,從而縮短UPS的使用壽命,。
5.避免過載使用UPS
在使用UPS的時候還要計算負(fù)載的大小,要避免負(fù)載的過大或者過小,,過大的負(fù)載會使UPS長期工作在超負(fù)荷狀態(tài)從而縮短UPS的使用壽命;如果負(fù)載過小,,UPS的工作電路長期工作在不正常狀態(tài),這對于UPS也是有一定危害的,。合理的負(fù)載應(yīng)該控制在50%到80%之間,。實踐證明,UPS輸出負(fù)載控制在60%左右為最佳,,可靠性最好,。在UPS出現(xiàn)過載或逆變器故障時會轉(zhuǎn)到旁路模式運行,此時UPS不具備后備功能,,負(fù)載所用的電源是通過電力系統(tǒng)直接供應(yīng)的,。
6.交流穩(wěn)壓器的使用
使用UPS電源后,不必再加交流穩(wěn)壓器,。若一定要加,,應(yīng)加在UPS的前級,即市電先經(jīng)交流穩(wěn)壓器,,再經(jīng)UPS,,然后到負(fù)載。
7.蓄電池均衡充電有技巧
目前許多UPS電源中使用的閥控式鉛酸蓄電池(VRLA)從一開始便被稱為免維護電池,,這樣就給用戶一種誤解,,似乎這種電池既耐用又完全不需要維護。在這種誤導(dǎo)之下,,許多用戶從裝上電池后就基本沒有進行過維護和管理,。UPS電源中的蓄電池遇到下列情況時,應(yīng)對蓄電池進行均衡充電:過量放電致使端電壓低于蓄電池規(guī)定的標(biāo)定電壓時,。對12V的小型密封式鉛酸蓄電池,,其放電標(biāo)定電壓為10.5V;對24V的蓄電池組,其放電終了電壓為21V;對96V的蓄電池組,,其放電標(biāo)定電壓為85V,。放電后未及時對電池進行充電;長期閑置不用的電池。市電中斷,,連續(xù)浮充的電池,,放出近一半容量的電池,。
8.不要使用柴油發(fā)電機
UPS不宜由柴油發(fā)電機供電,因其頻率經(jīng)常突變不穩(wěn),,影響UPS的正常運行,。
9.注意操作人員安全操作
在給UPS連接輸出電源時還應(yīng)該注意安全,,由于UPS的輸出電壓和電流都比較大,,所以在連接輸出電源時還要注意安全防止觸電事故的發(fā)生。
更換電池時先關(guān)閉UPS電源并脫離市電,,使用帶絕緣手柄的螺絲刀,,不要將工具或其它金屬物品放在電池上。連接電池線時,,在接頭處出現(xiàn)細小火花屬正?,F(xiàn)象,不會對人身安全及UPS電源造成危害,,千萬不要將蓄電池正負(fù)極短接或反接,。更換蓄電池時,不宜個別更換,,最好整體更換,。另外禁止將不同安培數(shù)、不同品牌的電池組合使用,。
10.作好實時監(jiān)控
