基于磁隔離雙向傳輸?shù)亩喙δ蹹C/DC變換器設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 針對(duì)航天器單機(jī)系統(tǒng)對(duì)二次供電電源需求,以宇航用大功率多功能DC/DC變換器為研究對(duì)象,,提出一種基于磁隔離雙向傳輸反饋控制的DC/DC變換器電路結(jié)構(gòu),,并在此電路基礎(chǔ)上拓展出過流保護(hù)、禁止,、并聯(lián)均流等輔助功能,。通過實(shí)際測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,采用該方案的產(chǎn)品性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)越,,還具有良好的輔助功能,。

Abstract: According to the requirement of spacecraft system for secondary power supply, a DC/DC converter circuit structure based on the feedback control of magnetic isolation bidirectional transmission is proposed for the aerospace high-power multifunctional DC/DC converter. Based on this circuit, the auxiliary functions such as over-current protection, forbidding and current sharing are developed. Through the actual test and verification, the product adopting this scheme has excellent performance indicators and good auxiliary functions.

0 引言
隨著國(guó)內(nèi)航天器系統(tǒng)性能的不斷提升,,整機(jī)單位對(duì)于高可靠、多功能,、小體積的厚膜大功率DC/DC變換器的需求也越來越多,。單機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)者為減少體積、簡(jiǎn)化設(shè)計(jì),、提高可靠性,,往往希望所用的DC/DC變換器能夠具有自我保護(hù)、遠(yuǎn)程遙控,、多塊產(chǎn)品并聯(lián)等能力[1],。在空間站、載人航天,、商業(yè)衛(wèi)星等航天領(lǐng)域中,,許多用戶提出了66 W~120 W大功率輸出,具有過流保護(hù),、禁止,、并聯(lián)均流等輔助功能的抗輻照DC/DC變換器研發(fā)需求。目前,,此類DC/DC變換器的來源主要依賴進(jìn)口,,如美國(guó)Interpoint 公司的MOR系列DC/DC變換器,。因此開發(fā)國(guó)產(chǎn)大功率多功能DC/DC變換器十分必要。
