摘要: 隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,,智能用電領(lǐng)域也不斷發(fā)展,。針對(duì)電力行業(yè)用戶端的需求,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于Linux操作系統(tǒng)的電力網(wǎng)關(guān)。該網(wǎng)關(guān)采用AM335x作為處理器,,運(yùn)用嵌入式編程實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)關(guān)相關(guān)功能,,將智能電網(wǎng)用戶端電力設(shè)備的Modbus協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換成MQTT協(xié)議,再通過(guò)4G模塊將數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)輸至云平臺(tái),。經(jīng)測(cè)試,,該電力網(wǎng)關(guān)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定高效,實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)交互以及遠(yuǎn)程控制,,滿足了電力行業(yè)用戶端的業(yè)務(wù)需求,,同時(shí)為后期電力數(shù)據(jù)分析的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源提供了便捷途徑。

Abstract: With the continuous development of smart grid construction, the field of smart electricity is also developing. In this paper, a power gateway based on Linux operating system is designed according to the demand of power distribution terminal. AM335x is used as the processor, and the embedded programming is used to realize the related function of the gateway. Modbus protocol is converted into MQTT Protocol, and then the data is transferred to the cloud platform through 4G module. After testing, the power gateway runs stably and efficiently, realizes the data exchange and remote control between the traditional wired network and the wireless network, and meets the business demand of the power distribution terminal. At the same time, it provides a convenient way for the data source of the later power data analysis.

0 引言

    隨著通信技術(shù)和智能控制技術(shù)在電力行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,,電氣設(shè)備的種類(lèi)也急劇增加。在萬(wàn)物互聯(lián)的智能社會(huì),,“泛在電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”的概念孕育而生[1],。在這種驅(qū)動(dòng)力下,實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)電氣設(shè)備的組網(wǎng),,顯得具有前瞻性,。本文設(shè)計(jì)的電力網(wǎng)關(guān)作為連接感知網(wǎng)絡(luò)與傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個(gè)橋梁,扮演著將電力設(shè)備采集的數(shù)據(jù)上傳到云端的一個(gè)角色,,同時(shí)完成著電力系統(tǒng)中對(duì)終端設(shè)備節(jié)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)控功能,。

    本文內(nèi)容包括了電力網(wǎng)關(guān)的系統(tǒng)框架、硬件結(jié)構(gòu),、軟件協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試和總結(jié)五部分,,詳細(xì)地介紹了電力網(wǎng)關(guān)主要硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì),,著重介紹了基于Linux操作系統(tǒng)的Modbus協(xié)議與MQTT協(xié)議之間的轉(zhuǎn)換的實(shí)現(xiàn),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)電力網(wǎng)關(guān)與電力設(shè)備的串口通信以及與上層云平臺(tái)的通信。
