基于電力數(shù)據(jù)分析的污染物排放監(jiān)測(cè)方法研究

摘要: 在當(dāng)下快速的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,,社會(huì)的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對(duì)環(huán)境帶來(lái)了一定程度的破壞,,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)性的社會(huì)發(fā)展,就需要對(duì)其各種生產(chǎn)生活所帶來(lái)的污染物進(jìn)行良好的監(jiān)測(cè),。提供了一種對(duì)產(chǎn)污企業(yè)污染物排放過(guò)程進(jìn)行科學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)的方法,,對(duì)智能電表采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理與分析,構(gòu)建BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行識(shí)別,,從而判斷設(shè)備啟停狀態(tài),。形成了24小時(shí)不間斷的智能監(jiān)控,進(jìn)而對(duì)企業(yè)的污染物排放監(jiān)管進(jìn)行合理的監(jiān)控,,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中污染排放的監(jiān)測(cè),,提升污染物的治理效果,具有較好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,。

Research on pollutant emission monitoring method based on power data analysis

Abstract: In the current rapid development process, the modernization of society has brought a certain degree of damage to the environment. In order to achieve sustainable social development, it is necessary to carry out good monitoring of the pollutants brought by various production and living. Therefore, this paper mainly provides a scientific monitoring method for pollutant discharge process of pollution producing enterprises, processes and analyzes the data collected by intelligent electricity meter, and constructs BP neural network model to identify the equipment, so as to judge the start-up and stop status of the equipment. It has formed a 24-hour continuous intelligent monitoring, and then carries on the reasonable monitoring to the pollutant discharge supervision of the enterprise, realizes the monitoring of the pollution emission in the enterprise production, and improves the pollutant treatment effect, which has good practical application value.

0 引言

         目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)污染物排放的監(jiān)測(cè)主要是在各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)安裝多種不同的傳感器,然后對(duì)每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的多個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行采集分析[1-3],。針對(duì)不同的產(chǎn)污企業(yè),,各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)需放置污染物監(jiān)測(cè)傳感器可能不同,通過(guò)收集對(duì)比各傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)是否達(dá)到國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[4],,來(lái)確定產(chǎn)污企業(yè)的治污效果是否達(dá)標(biāo),。當(dāng)前傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)手段存在幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:一是企業(yè)排污管道、生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)等環(huán)境復(fù)雜[5],,設(shè)備安裝困難且容易失效,;二是傳感器易受外界影響,加大水/風(fēng)量都會(huì)使監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果出現(xiàn)重大偏差,,且復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)容易出現(xiàn)通信等故障導(dǎo)致測(cè)量失靈[6];三是成本較高,。在這幾個(gè)問(wèn)題的影響下,,傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)難以推廣。因此尋找一種既能減少或者杜絕人為因素干擾造成監(jiān)測(cè)失效,,又可降低安裝運(yùn)行成本的解決方案是本文最主要的目的,。本文利用智能電表對(duì)用電數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集與處理,結(jié)合機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)中的誤差反向傳播神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法[7-8]構(gòu)建工業(yè)用電設(shè)備分類模型,,對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行啟停分析與遠(yuǎn)程在線監(jiān)管,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)工業(yè)環(huán)境下用電設(shè)備的監(jiān)測(cè),大大加強(qiáng)了監(jiān)測(cè)的力度以及范圍,,且具有低成本,、易于推廣的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
