基于5G網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機(jī)的智慧巡防應(yīng)用研究

摘要: 為提升治安巡防等的快速響應(yīng)與智慧化水平,,基于5G,、無人機(jī),、邊緣計(jì)算(MEC)以及人工智能(AI),構(gòu)建了一套網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機(jī)智慧巡防解決方案,。通過專用5G通信終端實(shí)現(xiàn)無人機(jī)網(wǎng)聯(lián)接入,,借助5G上行超大帶寬實(shí)現(xiàn)高清視頻遠(yuǎn)程回傳,基于5G MEC超低時(shí)延實(shí)現(xiàn)無人機(jī)超視距精準(zhǔn)控制,。針對(duì)低空無人機(jī)視頻特征,,優(yōu)化人臉識(shí)別算法,實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)捕捉人臉并進(jìn)行人物特征AI識(shí)別,,實(shí)現(xiàn)智慧巡防,。在施工工地進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用實(shí)踐與測試,對(duì)工地附近人員是否佩戴口罩進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果,。

Research on intelligent patrol application based on 5G networked unmanned aerial vehicle

Abstract: In order to improve the rapid response and intelligent level of public security patrol, a set of networked UAV intelligent patrol solution is constructed based on 5G, UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle), MEC(multi-access edge computing) and AI(artificial intelligence). UAV network connection is realized through dedicated 5G communication terminal, high-definition video remote backhaul is realized with 5G uplink ultra-large bandwidth, and ultra-low latency of 5G MEC is used to realize precise control of UAV beyond visual range. Aiming at the video features of low-altitude UAVs, the face recognition algorithm is optimized, the face is accurately captured in real time and the character feature AI recognition is performed to realize smart patrol and defense. Application practices and tests were carried out on the construction site, real-time monitoring of whether people near the construction site were wearing masks, the expected results were achieved.

0 引言

    當(dāng)下的社會(huì)環(huán)境,,龐大的人流,、物流、資金流等高速流動(dòng),,新冠疫情防控持續(xù)不能松懈,,社會(huì)治安要素的動(dòng)態(tài)管控難度加大,僅靠傳統(tǒng)警務(wù)模式,、方法和手段管理已不能滿足需求[1],。公安機(jī)關(guān)迫切需要利用AI識(shí)別、視頻監(jiān)控,、無人機(jī)追蹤等各類新興信息化手段和技術(shù)開展動(dòng)態(tài),、立體、智慧巡防[2],。

    近年來,無人機(jī)市場規(guī)模增長迅速,,在多行業(yè),、多領(lǐng)域得到重要應(yīng)用。在警務(wù)巡防領(lǐng)域,,5G使能網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機(jī)技術(shù),,以最小的延遲傳輸大量的數(shù)據(jù)[3]。本文介紹了基于5G網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機(jī)智慧巡防解決方案,,通過5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)使現(xiàn)場情報(bào)的獲取和傳輸更清晰,、流暢,使指揮中心和現(xiàn)場作戰(zhàn)協(xié)同更加實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn),?;跓o人機(jī)高分辨率影像的人臉識(shí)別,加速疑犯的識(shí)別效率,,提升識(shí)別精度,。在疫情防控方面,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)人員聚集,、未佩戴口罩等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,。
