測(cè)控設(shè)備狀態(tài)分析輔助決策系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 針對(duì)一些測(cè)控任務(wù)對(duì)各類測(cè)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)的分析利用程度較低的問(wèn)題,,提出了一種綜合分析測(cè)控設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài),,并形成相關(guān)輔助決策信息的技術(shù),。并且基于“主框架+組件”的模式,,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的軟件系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)通過(guò)匯集測(cè)控設(shè)備上報(bào)的各類測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)信息,,對(duì)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性,、準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性,、有效性等進(jìn)行綜合分析,,形成輔助決策結(jié)論。目前該系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程,,對(duì)未來(lái)測(cè)控任務(wù)的執(zhí)行具有一定的借鑒價(jià)值,。

Design and implementation of an auxiliary decision system for state analysis of measurement and control equipment

Abstract: In some tasks of measure and control, the analysis and utilization of measurement and control data is relatively low. In order to solve these problems, the paper proposes a kind of technology to analyse the state of measurement and control equipment comprehensively and form auxiliary decision information. Based on the mode of “framework+components”, the corresponding software system is designed and implemented. By collecting all kinds of measurement data reported by measurement and control equipment, the system makes comprehensive analysis on the real-time, accuracy, stability and validity of the measurement data to form the auxiliary decision conclusion. At present, the system has been successfully applied in engineering, which can be referenced for the tasks of measurement and control in the future.

0 引言

航天系統(tǒng)是一項(xiàng)龐大而復(fù)雜的工程,,包括測(cè)發(fā)、測(cè)控,、通信,、氣象、技術(shù)勤務(wù)等分系統(tǒng)[1],,其中航天測(cè)控系統(tǒng)分為外彈道測(cè)量分系統(tǒng),、遙測(cè)分系統(tǒng)、遙控分系統(tǒng),、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)處理分系統(tǒng),、監(jiān)視顯示分系統(tǒng)、安控系統(tǒng),、引導(dǎo)分系統(tǒng),、事后處理分系統(tǒng)等[2],航天測(cè)控技術(shù)是指對(duì)航天飛行目標(biāo)進(jìn)行跟蹤測(cè)量和控制的綜合技術(shù)[3],。航天測(cè)控的誕生已逾半個(gè)世紀(jì),,在航天工程的牽引和電子信息技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下獲得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展[4]。

我國(guó)航天測(cè)控網(wǎng)由發(fā)射和測(cè)控中心,、若干陸地固定和機(jī)動(dòng)測(cè)控站及航天測(cè)量船組成,,測(cè)控中心和測(cè)控站通過(guò)通信網(wǎng)構(gòu)成一個(gè)綜合體,以完成測(cè)控功能[5-6],。測(cè)控設(shè)備作為測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,,包括彈道測(cè)量設(shè)備、遙測(cè)設(shè)備、遙控設(shè)備等,,彈道測(cè)量設(shè)備又包括光學(xué)設(shè)備,、無(wú)線電外測(cè)設(shè)備等[7-8],測(cè)控設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài)對(duì)測(cè)控任務(wù)的成功執(zhí)行具有重要意義,。
