摘要: 針對(duì)海洋電磁勘探中微弱動(dòng)態(tài)電場(chǎng)信號(hào)的寬測(cè)量范圍需求,,提出了一種電場(chǎng)信號(hào)程控增益超低噪聲采集(Programmable Gain Ultra-Low Noise Acquisition,,PGULNA)方法,給出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),。設(shè)計(jì)的程控增益超低噪聲采集電路以低噪聲運(yùn)算放大器為核心,,將D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器內(nèi)部電阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為可編程反饋電阻,通過(guò)改變D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器數(shù)字控制量進(jìn)行電路增益調(diào)整,。給出了所設(shè)計(jì)的PGULNA電路的理論噪聲分析,,本底噪聲密度理論分析結(jié)果為1.84 nV/√Hz@1 Hz。開(kāi)展了實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境測(cè)試,,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,,電路通道之間一致性良好,本底噪聲密度約為2.6 nV/√Hz@1 Hz,,程控增益為1~128倍8擋可調(diào),,能夠滿足海洋電磁勘探中微弱電場(chǎng)信號(hào)的寬測(cè)量范圍采集需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the wide measurement range of weak dynamic electric field signals in marine electromagnetic exploration, a method of Programmable Gain Ultra Low Noise Acquisition(PGULNA) for electric field signals is proposed in this paper, and the system design and implementation are given. The designed programmable gain ultra-low noise acquisition circuit takes the low-noise operational amplifier as the core, takes the internal resistance network of the D/A converter as the programmable feedback resistor, and adjusts the circuit gain by changing the digital control quantity of the D/A converter. The theoretical noise analysis of the designed PGULNA circuit is given, and the theoretical analysis result of background noise density is 1.84 nV/√Hz@1 Hz. The laboratory environment test results show that the consistency between circuit channels is good, the background noise density is about 2.6 nV/√Hz@1 Hz, and the programmable gain can be adjusted from 1 to 128 times by 8 levels, which can meet the requirements of collecting weak electric field signals in a wide measurement range in Marine electromagnetic exploration.

0 引言

    我國(guó)海洋面積廣闊,,海洋油氣資源豐富,。在海洋油氣資源探測(cè)過(guò)程中,面對(duì)愈加復(fù)雜的探測(cè)對(duì)象,,傳統(tǒng)而單一的三維地震探測(cè)逐漸顯得力不從心[1],。海洋電磁勘探方法作為海洋地震勘探的重要補(bǔ)充手段[2],具有高阻異常識(shí)別能力,,能夠判斷儲(chǔ)層中含油或是含水[3],,在油氣資源探測(cè)和估算中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用[4-5],成為全球各大物探公司發(fā)展的新興業(yè)務(wù)之一[6],。
