摘要: 直升機(jī)旋翼表面非定常載荷測量試驗(yàn)中,導(dǎo)電滑環(huán)的性能優(yōu)劣和現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的電磁輻射對外部時(shí)鐘信號的質(zhì)量影響較大,受影響的外部時(shí)鐘信號會導(dǎo)致錯(cuò)誤的采集動作,從而無法準(zhǔn)確地獲取特定方位角處的載荷數(shù)據(jù),。為提高外部時(shí)鐘信號的品質(zhì),提出一種用于旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境下的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的無線時(shí)鐘抖動估計(jì)及修正方法,,即外部時(shí)鐘信號經(jīng)無線收發(fā)模塊傳輸,,采用兩組相位差90°的三角波進(jìn)行等幅度斜邊估計(jì)時(shí)鐘抖動量,,并且使用拉格朗日插值算法修正傳感器的采樣值。仿真與風(fēng)洞表明,,該方法能有效地減小外部時(shí)鐘抖動造成的采集誤差,,對準(zhǔn)確測量旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境下旋翼表面的載荷信號具有顯著效果。

Abstract: In the measurement test of unsteady load on helicopter rotor surface, the performance of slip ring and the electromagnetic radiation of the field environment have great influence on the quality of external clock signal. In some serious cases, the affected external clock signal may lead to erroneous acquisition actions, which makes it impossible to accurately obtain the load data at a specific azimuth. In order to improve the quality of the external clock signal, a wireless clock jitter estimation and correction method of data acquisition system in rotating environment is proposed. The external clock signal is transmitted through the wireless transceiver modules, two sets of triangular waves with the phase difference of 90° are used to estimate the clock jitter with equal amplitude hypotenuse, and the Lagrange interpolation algorithm is used to correct the samples of sensors. Simulation and wind tunnel tests show that this method can effectively reduce the acquisition error caused by external clock jitter, and has significant effect on accurately measuring the load signal on the rotor surface in rotating environment.

0 引言

    在直升機(jī)旋翼槳葉表面非定常載荷測量試驗(yàn)中,需要準(zhǔn)確測量槳葉旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中其表面載荷的變化規(guī)律,,即采集不同方位角時(shí)對應(yīng)的壓力信號[1],。使用與槳葉同步旋轉(zhuǎn)的編碼器的輸出脈沖作為數(shù)據(jù)采集的外部時(shí)鐘信號,可以準(zhǔn)確提供槳葉的方位角信息[2-6],。目前通常采用有線的方式將時(shí)鐘信號進(jìn)行傳送:即通過導(dǎo)電滑環(huán)和線纜將編碼器脈沖信號輸送至數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備。試驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),,外部時(shí)鐘信號經(jīng)過干擾環(huán)境下的長距離傳輸和導(dǎo)電滑環(huán)后,,其信號質(zhì)量會受到影響[7],尤其在導(dǎo)電滑環(huán)磨損后以及時(shí)鐘信號線與動力強(qiáng)電線纜長距離并行部署等重干擾情況下,,時(shí)鐘信號會出現(xiàn)高頻毛刺和變形,,導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的采集動作,,從而無法實(shí)現(xiàn)相同相位的等角度采集。
