低碳視角下的工業(yè)能源管控研究與應用實踐

摘要: 在中國雙碳戰(zhàn)略背景下,,節(jié)能與減排是雙碳目標達成的關鍵路徑之一,而工業(yè)則是節(jié)能減排工作的重點對象之一,。電能作為工業(yè)企業(yè)重要的生產能源,,它的運行狀態(tài)關系到電網系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定也關系到企業(yè)能源的利用效率高低。然而,,先前的電能監(jiān)測設備多是對電壓,、電流、有功功率及無功功率這些電能參數進行單純表計數據獲取,,缺乏電能質量分析及電能告警和能源數字化場景化分析等功能,,這樣就難以全面地反映工業(yè)設備用電的安全和質量,不利于能源的及時優(yōu)化,。提出了一種基于工業(yè)物聯(lián)網基礎平臺的工業(yè)能源管控方法,,構建企業(yè)能源數據管理,從而實現(xiàn)工業(yè)生產設備以及生產輔助設備運行狀態(tài)信息,、能源數據和環(huán)境數據等多源數據的融合,,并建立能源數據和能效優(yōu)化模型管理目錄,在此基礎上構建工業(yè)能源數字化管控系統(tǒng),,從而實現(xiàn)對于產線設備,、輔助設備設施的能效優(yōu)化以及閉環(huán)控制,,助力工業(yè)節(jié)能降碳的落地。

Abstract: With the promotion of China’s dual carbon strategy, energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the key ways to achieve the dual carbon goal, and industry is the key fieldElectric energy as an important production energy of industrial enterprises, its operating state is related to the security and stability of the power grid system as well as the energy utilization efficiency of enterprises However, the traditional electric energy monitoring device mainly focuses on the simple meter data acquisition of electric energy parameters such as voltage, current, active power and reactive power It’s lack of power quality analysis, power alarm and energy digital scene analysis, which makes it difficult to fully reflect the power quality , power safety and timely optimization of energy An industrial energy management and control method based on industrial Internet of Things is proposed It constructs enterprise energy data management, and realizes the integration of multisource data such as operation status information of production equipment and auxiliary equipment, energy data and environmental data It establishes management directory of energy data and energy efficiency optimization mode, and builds the digital industrial energy management and control system, so as to realize the energy efficiency optimization and closedloop control of production line equipment and auxiliary equipment and facilities, and help the implementation of industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction

0    引言

2020年9月我國明確提出2030年之前二氧化碳排放達到峰值,,2060年之前實現(xiàn)碳中和的目標。2021年10月,,《關于完整準確全面貫徹新發(fā)展理念做好碳達峰碳中和工作的意見》以及《2030年前碳達峰行動方案》相繼出臺,,共同構建了中國碳達峰、碳中和政策體系的頂層設計,。實現(xiàn)碳減排主要取決于控制人類的生產消費活動情況,,其中最主要的是減少化石能源消耗量。節(jié)能與減排是雙碳目標得以實現(xiàn)的重要途徑之一,,根據統(tǒng)計,,工業(yè)能耗約占全社會能耗總量的70%。所以從能源消費側來看,,加強對能源總量與強度的“雙控”,,減少高耗能制造業(yè)碳排放量是實現(xiàn)我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展與奮斗目標的關鍵步驟。從全球范圍看,,隨著工業(yè)化進程不斷加快,,化石燃料消費量呈持續(xù)增加趨勢。與此同時,,全球溫室氣體排放增速也呈現(xiàn)加速增長態(tài)勢,。2020年我國已是能源消耗國第二大國,中國工業(yè)企業(yè)的節(jié)能減排勢在必行。
