基于區(qū)塊鏈的價(jià)值鏈上下游用電安全協(xié)同系統(tǒng)*

摘要: 在集團(tuán)型制造企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈運(yùn)行過程中,存在高峰期電力供應(yīng)不足,,生產(chǎn)用電需求得不到有效保障的問題,。集團(tuán)公司亟需綜合考慮生產(chǎn)基地生產(chǎn)需求和用電安全的協(xié)同關(guān)系,完成精細(xì)化的價(jià)值鏈上下游電力調(diào)配,,保障價(jià)值鏈安全可靠運(yùn)行,。設(shè)計(jì)了基于區(qū)塊鏈的價(jià)值鏈上下游用電安全協(xié)同系統(tǒng),采用基于智能合約的方法對(duì)價(jià)值鏈數(shù)據(jù)使用進(jìn)行合規(guī)性保障,,有效解決了集團(tuán)型制造企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈數(shù)據(jù)共享風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題和各生產(chǎn)基地價(jià)值沖突問題,。系統(tǒng)通過完整記錄生產(chǎn)基地的訂單協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)和生產(chǎn)基地用電負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù),為價(jià)值鏈上下游用電安全保障提供良好的參考及決策依據(jù),,對(duì)維持公司安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,、提升公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著重要意義。

Abstract: In the operation process of the value chain of group-type manufacturing enterprises, there is a problem of insufficient power supply during peak periods, and the demand for production electricity cannot be effectively guaranteed. The group company urgently needs to comprehensively consider the synergistic relationship between the production demand of the production base and the safety of electricity consumption, complete the fine-grained upstream and downstream power distribution of the value chain, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the value chain. This paper designs a blockchain-based upstream and downstream electricity security collaboration system in the value chain, adopts a method based on smart contracts to ensure the compliance of value chain data use, and effectively solves the risk of value chain data sharing of group-type manufacturing enterprises and conflict of values in each production base. The system provides a good reference and decision-making basis for the safety guarantee of electricity consumption in the upstream and downstream of the value chain by completely recording the order coordination data of the production base and the electricity load data of the production base, which is of great significance for maintaining the company's safe and stable operation and improving the company's economic benefits.

0 引言

集團(tuán)型制造企業(yè)是我國(guó)制造業(yè)的主體形態(tài),,各生產(chǎn)基地通過協(xié)作開展制造與經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),具有單個(gè)企業(yè)無法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),。但是,,集團(tuán)企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈運(yùn)行過程中存在協(xié)作數(shù)據(jù)流通易失控、協(xié)作數(shù)據(jù)流通監(jiān)管難,、價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同過程中責(zé)權(quán)利不清晰等問題[1],,導(dǎo)致價(jià)值鏈上參與各方難以相互信任,,阻礙價(jià)值鏈信息流通。集團(tuán)公司難以憑借不對(duì)稱的信息完成價(jià)值鏈上下游電力調(diào)配,,導(dǎo)致部分生產(chǎn)基地的生產(chǎn)用電需求得不到滿足,,集團(tuán)公司經(jīng)濟(jì)利益受損[2]。

區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的發(fā)展為解決企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管難題提供了新機(jī)遇[3],。區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)且粋€(gè)數(shù)字化,、分散的分布式數(shù)據(jù)、資產(chǎn)和相關(guān)交易的分類賬,,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的對(duì)等節(jié)點(diǎn)之間共享[4-5],。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)使用數(shù)字簽名、哈希算法等加密算法及分布式共識(shí)算法, 所存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)極難被篡改,、銷毀或被抹除數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作日志,,具有無中心、多方參與,、可審計(jì)性,、安全性等特點(diǎn)[6-8]?;谶@些特點(diǎn),,區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)建立了可靠的合作機(jī)制,提高了企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈數(shù)據(jù)的安全性和隱私性[9],。

目前諸多文獻(xiàn)提出的區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)中,,文獻(xiàn)[10]提出的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了意愿數(shù)據(jù)共享與電子病歷隱私保護(hù),,有利于高效獲取患者的完整就醫(yī)信息,;文獻(xiàn)[11]利用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)保障數(shù)據(jù)的可信度,從而構(gòu)建有效的信用評(píng)級(jí)體系,;文獻(xiàn)[12]利用區(qū)塊鏈和智能合約完成了對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的細(xì)粒度的訪問控制,,實(shí)現(xiàn)惡意用戶問責(zé)。

本文提出的系統(tǒng)解決了價(jià)值鏈運(yùn)行過程中多基地共同協(xié)作完成訂單的任務(wù)分配問題,,通過追蹤訂單產(chǎn)品的生命周期,,高效完成訂單協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)管溯源,以區(qū)塊鏈協(xié)同數(shù)據(jù)空間有效管理企業(yè)多基地價(jià)值鏈訂單協(xié)作運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)和基地用電負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù),,為集團(tuán)公司優(yōu)化用電負(fù)荷管理,、降低用電峰值負(fù)荷、提高系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性提供可靠依據(jù)[13],。
