摘要: 風(fēng)云衛(wèi)星對(duì)海洋環(huán)境災(zāi)害(滸苔,、赤潮和溢油)的定量遙感監(jiān)測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)能力需要提升。利用風(fēng)云三號(hào)D星中分辨率光譜成像儀MERSI-II資料以及部分高分衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù),,探索解決大氣校正和云檢測(cè)兩個(gè)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)問題的方法,,分別依據(jù)滸苔,、赤潮和溢油的光譜特征,建立相關(guān)的遙感監(jiān)測(cè)算法,,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)海洋滸苔,、赤潮和溢油的判識(shí),并在相應(yīng)個(gè)例中取得較好的監(jiān)測(cè)效果,。

Abstract: The quantitative remote sensing monitoring of Fengyun satellite for Marine environmental disasters (ulva prolifera, red tide and oil spill) should to be improved. This paper uses the MERSI data of FY-3D satellite data, as well as some high-resolution satellite data,to explore methods to solve the two technical difficulties of atmospheric correction and cloud detection. Based on the spectral characteristics of ulva prolifera, red tide and oil spill, relevant monitoring algorithms were established for identifications of ulva prolifera, red tide and oil spill, and there were good monitoring performances in corresponding cases.

0 引言

海洋環(huán)境災(zāi)害如滸苔,、赤潮溢油,,給人類生產(chǎn)生活帶來嚴(yán)重影響,需要及時(shí)發(fā)布監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警,。衛(wèi)星資料具有高時(shí)空分辨率,、觀測(cè)范圍廣的特點(diǎn),能夠監(jiān)測(cè)沒有常規(guī)資料的海洋上空,。滸苔,、赤潮和溢油與海水之間存在光譜特征差異,使得衛(wèi)星遙感監(jiān)測(cè)海洋環(huán)境災(zāi)害事件成為可能,。在數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量方面,,風(fēng)云三號(hào)D星中分辨率光譜成像儀Ⅱ型(FY-3D MERSI-II)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量完全可以與國(guó)際上同類先進(jìn)儀器數(shù)據(jù)相比[1-3],在遙感監(jiān)測(cè)方面,,風(fēng)云三號(hào)衛(wèi)星資料[4-6]在天氣分析和陸地環(huán)境遙感監(jiān)測(cè)等方面業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用較多,,但海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)能力則有待提升。

為了加強(qiáng)海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)建設(shè),,國(guó)家衛(wèi)星氣象中心面對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,、海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)和國(guó)防軍事活動(dòng)保障等方面的迫切需求,研制完成海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)分析服務(wù)軟件,,并陸續(xù)在國(guó)家衛(wèi)星氣象中心和山東省氣候中心部署應(yīng)用,,在業(yè)務(wù)中實(shí)現(xiàn)近海海域赤潮監(jiān)測(cè)、滸苔監(jiān)測(cè)及面積統(tǒng)計(jì),、海上石油溢油監(jiān)測(cè)等功能,。
