基于ISO15118的電動汽車充電通訊控制系統(tǒng)設計

摘要: 國內電動汽車的充電協(xié)議與歐盟等國電動汽車協(xié)議不同,必須安裝符合歐盟標準的充電通信控制器才能出口到歐盟市場。國內電動汽車制造商若單獨開發(fā)歐標協(xié)議為基礎的產品,需改變現(xiàn)有電池管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)和充電控制器,協(xié)議一致性和互操作性難以短期提升,需不斷完善驗證和優(yōu)化,研發(fā)時間成本巨大。鑒于此,選用國產MCU和PLC芯片設計了基于ISO15118的電動汽車充電通信控制系統(tǒng),它和國產電動汽車采用GB/T 27930協(xié)議進行CAN通信就可轉換為滿足歐標ISO15118協(xié)議和DIN70121協(xié)議的PLC通信。實際應用表明,該系統(tǒng)支持即插即充功能,滿足ISO15118協(xié)議通信安全機制,兼容性好、互操作性強、成本低,使用方便。

Abstract: The charging protocol for domestic electric vehicles is different from that of the European Union and other countries, and a charging communication controller that meets EU standards must be installed before it can be exported to the EU market. If domestic electric vehicle manufacturers independently develop products based on the European standard protocol, they need to change the existing battery management system (BMS) and charging controller. The consistency and interoperability of the protocol are difficult to improve in the short term, and continuous improvement, verification, and optimization are required, resulting in huge research and development time costs. In view of this, domestic MCU and PLC chip were selected to design an electric vehicle communication control system based on ISO15118. It can be converted into PLC communication that meets the European standard ISO15118 protocol and DIN70121 protocol by using GB/T 27930 protocol for CAN communication with domestic electric vehicles. Practical application shows that the system supports PnC, meets the communication security mechanism of ISO15118 protocol, has good compatibility, strong interoperability, low cost, and is convenient and flexible to use.

引言
隨著全球低碳轉型和碳達峰、碳中和目標的不斷推進,新能源汽車作為新興產業(yè)的重要代表,正以前所未有的速度發(fā)展。中國作為全球新能源汽車產業(yè)的領頭羊,不僅在國內市場取得了顯著成就,也在逐步進軍海外市場。我國電動汽車出口面臨的主要問題是,國內電動汽車的充電協(xié)議與歐盟等國電動汽車協(xié)議不同,必須安裝符合歐盟標準的充電通信控制器才能出口到歐盟市場。國內電動汽車制造商若單獨開發(fā)歐標協(xié)議為基礎的產品,需改變現(xiàn)有電池管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)和充電控制器[1-2],協(xié)議一致性和互操作性難以短期提升,需不斷完善驗證和優(yōu)化,研發(fā)時間成本巨大。若采用國外充電通信控制器,則面臨價格高、技術支持困難等問題。鑒于此,選用國產MCU控制器[3-4]和PLC芯片設計了基于ISO15118的電動汽車通信控制系統(tǒng)[5-8],它和國產電動汽車BMS采用GB/T 27930協(xié)議進行CAN通信就可轉換為滿足歐標ISO15118協(xié)議和DIN70121協(xié)議的PLC通信,且協(xié)議一致性好、互操作性強,支持即插即充PnC功能,還滿足了ISO15118的通信安全機制,從而解決了我國電動汽車出口的諸多問題。
