摘要: 提出一種高效率無電感的AC/DC開關(guān)電源拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。通過對(duì)中間儲(chǔ)能電容放電電壓(放電時(shí)間)最終值的控制,,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)該儲(chǔ)能電容充電電壓(充電時(shí)間)的控制,,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)AC周期內(nèi)的輸出端穩(wěn)壓恒流。在中間儲(chǔ)能電容充放電過程中,,AC輸入能量通過中間儲(chǔ)能電容直接傳輸給負(fù)載端;同時(shí)中間儲(chǔ)能電容充電階段存儲(chǔ)的能量在中間儲(chǔ)能電容放電階段也全部傳輸給負(fù)載端,從而提高了AC能量傳輸效率,,進(jìn)而提高了整個(gè)電路的效率。在中間儲(chǔ)能電容充放電過程中,AC輸入電壓的時(shí)間變化率決定中間儲(chǔ)能電容的充放電電流瞬時(shí)值,,進(jìn)而決定了輸入電流瞬時(shí)值,。

Abstract: This paper presents a high efficiency AC/DC switching power supply topology without inductor. Through the control of the final discharging voltage(discharge time) of the energy-storage capacitor, the initial charging voltage of the capacitor is controlled. So the output load can get the constant voltage or constant current. In the charging and discharging process of the energy-storage capacitor, the AC input energy is directly transmitted to the load terminal through the energy-storage capacitor. At the same time, the energy stored in the energy-storage capacitor is fully transferred to the load terminal. So this topology transition efficiency is high. In the charging and discharging process of the energy-storage capacitor, the rate of the AC input voltage determines the instantaneous value of the charging and discharging current of the energy-storage capacitor, and then determines the instantaneous value of the input current.

0 引言

    近年來,,開關(guān)電源由于具有效率高,、體積小、重量輕等許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)而被廣泛應(yīng)用于通信,、家電,、電子、電氣,、能源,、航空航天等領(lǐng)域[1-2]。大多開關(guān)電源采用了變壓器(電感),、功率半導(dǎo)體器件,、電容和控制集成電路作為核心器件[3],其中電感和變壓器是開關(guān)電源中少數(shù)不能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的器件之一[4],,以用戶定制生產(chǎn)為主,,屬于勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)。

    鑒于這一現(xiàn)狀,,本文提出一種高效率無電感的AC/DC開關(guān)電源拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)及其控制方法,,該AC/DC電源電路在交流電源電壓幅值高于中間儲(chǔ)能電容電壓與負(fù)載電壓之和時(shí),交流電源對(duì)中間儲(chǔ)能電容充電并向負(fù)載提供能量,;在交流電源電壓幅值低于中間儲(chǔ)能電容電壓與負(fù)載電壓之和,,并且交流電源電壓幅值高于負(fù)載電壓與中間儲(chǔ)能電容電壓之差時(shí),交流電源與中間儲(chǔ)能電容共同向負(fù)載提供能量,,中間儲(chǔ)能電容放電,。控制中間儲(chǔ)能電容放電電壓的幅值或放電時(shí)間,,可實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出端穩(wěn)壓恒流,。本文電路功率器件開關(guān)損耗低,,轉(zhuǎn)換效率高,并有較好的抗雷擊浪涌的能力,。最后用原理樣機(jī)驗(yàn)證了本電路效率高達(dá)94%,。
