Research on credit system construction and privacy protection system based on the IoT

Abstract: The widespread distribution of the Internet of Things(IoT) has created a rich connotation of IoT data. The characteristics of IoT data coincide with the data requirements of big data credit investigation, so the application of IoT data to the credit system is the future development trend. However, with the concealment and comprehensiveness of information collection, IoT data exposed the risk of identity leakage and forgery, excessive monitoring, etc., which makes the legal protection of credit subjects more difficult. This paper analyzes the types of IoT data that can be used for credit investigation and proposes four novel credit pan-systems based on IoT data. In addition,,this paper proposes two ideas of IoT credit data privacy protection:distinguishing different subjects and distinguishing different data types & privacy scenarios. These two ideas also provide feasible future development directions for the protection of credit privacy.
