Research on an automatic current-sharing circuit for space radiation environment

Abstract: In order to solve the application limitation of current sharing control chip in space radiation environment, on the basis of traditional switching power supply automatic current sharing circuit, using discrete device structure based on operational amplifier, an improved automatic current sharing circuit is proposed. It uses the alternating operation of an operational amplifier to realize the functions of a unidirectional buffer and an operational amplifier, which simplifies the circuit structure; In addition, a diode is added between the output of the current sharing operational amplifier and the output voltage feedback terminal, which solves the problem of poor load regulation in the traditional automatic current sharing circuit. The working principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail, the experimental verification of the circuit is carried out in a single-ended forward 100 W output DC/DC converter, the experimental results show the effectiveness and practicability of the circuit.
