摘要: 隨著云計(jì)算,、大數(shù)據(jù)等先進(jìn)計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,,基于硬件的管理模式實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化管理具有重要意義,?;赗ISC-V核心設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一種硬件管理控制芯片,,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信工具,,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的有效管理,。基于UVM驗(yàn)證方法學(xué)構(gòu)建驗(yàn)證平臺(tái)進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,,基于FPGA構(gòu)建芯片原型驗(yàn)證平臺(tái)與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行協(xié)同驗(yàn)證與穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試,。物理設(shè)計(jì)采用40 nm工藝,設(shè)計(jì)頻率為250 MHz,。

Abstract: With the development of advanced computing industries such as cloud computing and big data, implementing intelligent management based on hardware management mode is of great significance. A hardware management controller chip is designed and implemented on the RISC-V core, utilizing network communication tools to effectively manage application systems. A verification platform is built on UVM verification methodology for simulation verification, and a chip prototype verification platform is constructed on FPGA for collaborative verification and stability testing with the upper computer. The physical design adopts a 40 nm process with a design frequency of 250 MHz.

隨著云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等技術(shù)的發(fā)展[1],,計(jì)算與通信資源的密度日趨擴(kuò)大,,性能、能耗以及空間等狀態(tài)監(jiān)控和管理的要求越來(lái)越具有挑戰(zhàn),,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程智能化管理具有重要意義,。基于硬件的管理模式使用控制器芯片進(jìn)行管理,,部署引導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)和操作系統(tǒng)內(nèi)核后,,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信工具和智能平臺(tái)管理接口實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的有效管理。
RISC-V架構(gòu)具有模塊化的特點(diǎn)和強(qiáng)大的擴(kuò)展能力,,能夠根據(jù)應(yīng)用需求選擇合適的功能指令集,,隨著RISC-V產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的快速發(fā)展,,其應(yīng)用范圍及規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大[2]。本文基于RISC-V核心設(shè)計(jì)一種硬件管理控制器芯片,。
